3XL. This bra's cups are NOT huge even in a 3XL as it will stretch around when you need a bigger band and the cups will adjust as well. So if you are looking for a wider band size without ending up with huge cups, 44B - 48B would fit in a 3XL. And the straps do adjust somewhat. Yes this bra is comfortable for many sizes, including someone that has a wider back but smaller cup size. ONLY problem I have found is the Black one is cut 4" shorter than the other colors! Hopefully Olga will pull the black ones and re-mark them as XL or L as they should be.

Q: I wear a 36c, what size am I in this bra?

I am 36C and ordered Large, based on experience with multi-size bras. Thanks to recent weight gain, I have bulging at front and sides, and found my Medium multi-size bras were not holding my breasts in place. If you are a thin 36C, with no extra fat around breasts and sides, then yes, you should order Medium as other answers have stated. Based on the chart, you could even order small, but I wouldn’t suggest it. Chart shows small for 36 B, C, D, and DD. Common sense suggests that such a range is larger than one size can fit correctly. The problem with bras is that even when one fits well, you cannot assume that another in the same style/size will also fit. Also, there is a tricky correlation between larger band size and cup size. Ex: a 34C cup is usually smaller than a 36C cup. I still do not know how it works, but do know that a bra cup can vary, depending on band size. Maybe order 2 sizes to try (with free returns) and return one?

Q: What size does extra large equal?

I bought a medium and I wear a 34c. I weigh 113 lbs. I don’t know what size the extra large equals. But in any event I left the straps out as far as they will go in the bra rides up constantly.
