Works perfectly with the Nintendo Switch. Just make sure to buy a USB Type-C cable that has the Type-C connection on both ends.It's only the Type-C port that can provide the USB PD(Power Delivery) that the Nintendo Switch needs to charge optimally.Using the USB Host A ports(The regular ports that are around everywhere) won't be be to charge the Nintendo Switch while gaming and you'll lose power. This isn't a fault with this product, but due to how the Nintendo Switch works with charging(The Switch will only pull ~2A of power from a "regular" port, needs a Type-C port with USB PD to charge properly).Of course if you aren't gaming on the switch then the Host-A port will slowly charge the switch. Definitely recommend using the Type-C connection as much as possible. It's a good product, Just need to be aware of the caveats of the new USB PD specification and how it effects your hardware when charging.This also includes a 30w wall charger for the battery bank. This wall charger ALSO supports USB PD so you can charge the switch directly from it if you want to do so.For buyers of other products, be aware that not all USB PD(or even quick charge) are created equal.The Nintendo Switch supports 5v and 15v charging. Other USB PD chargers don't necessarily need to support the 15v the switch needs for higher power charging.Be aware that OTHER USB PD products may not support the 15v, they can choose to support 9v or 20v which the Switch can't use.

As far as a portable charger for me, it's pretty good / ok. I like the fact that it comes with a nice travel pouch to enclose it in. The pouch itself is not very protective but it's better than nothing. I've been using this charger since 2015 and it has been holding up pretty good. i had a small little issue where the USB-C port is kind of janky so i need to make sure the cable is fully seated in there when I am charging some things. The thing that kind of killed this battery pack for me is that it has a USB C PD spec from the description of the battery pack. As far as i know the Power Delivery option should be compatible to provide charging support to a bunch of different devices. I have recently purchased a Lenovo Yoga 920 laptop with USB charging and to my dismay it does not charge this device while using a USB-C to USB-C cable. What happens is instead of it charging the device when i plug it into the laptop, the laptop ends up charging the battery bank. This happens no matter which way i plug in the device whether it's from power bank to Laptop (and the result doesn't change when trying different USB-C cables), or Laptop to Power Bank. I was thinking about upgrading and getting a larger cell from the company if i knew that it would possibly charge the new wave of ultrabooks coming out, but without assurance that the USB-PD spec can charge my items reliably, I am going to be forced to find another brand that gives me that option. For phones it works pretty good though.

I got this for a long road trip so my kids could charge their devices (a Switch, a couple iPhones, and an iPad mini), and so I could retain a little sanity. I was incredibly impressed - this thing lasted for several days before needing recharging.The other day I was curious and plugged this into my Chromebook’s usb-c port, just to see if this could power it, and it began charging just fine.Sure, it’s bulky and heavy. But as a replacement for several smaller charging batteries, it’s great. And it’s solidly built, and the LED charge indicators actually give you a relatively good idea of the remaining charge across the entire range. A lot of other batteries I’ve tried will stay at four or three bars forever then drain quickly once they go below two bars. But this one is much more consistent across its remaining charge range.Overall I’m very please with this purchase and will absolutely buy again if I need another.
