I already used for 7miles and just half of battery has gone in extremely condition of road....Disappointed about stop light (haven't)

Whenever i go over bumps even small ones, i hear a banging sound coming from the scooterSounds like something is banging the underside of the wooden deckI don't know but it doesn't sound good, i would appreciate any feedback to help solve the issue, or at least to know if it's normal with this scooter? thanksOverall a really nice scooter to ride, feels very solid, battery lasts forever so not a massive deal breaker, but will have to take it apart to make sure everything secure.Edit:Taken apart, everything is now perfectly secure, still makes the same sound going over bumps.It also occurs to me, the metal plate which covers the internal compartment is only held down by 4 screws, 2 at either end (front + back) this results in some flex in the center... allowing the middle to bend alittle back and forth creating a small gap to the inside.If there is even the smallest gap (which i'm pretty sure there is) between the wooden deck and that metal plate... then the plate could be moving upwards to hit the bottom of the deck, which would explain the sound.This also highlights the fact this scooter is not water tight, obviously you haven't advertised that as the case so fair enough, but i feel like a rubber seal to the rim of that inner compartment... would be a small price to pay for that peace of mind.also perhaps 2 more small screws in the centre of the metal plate to help secure it firmly down... if that is whats causing the knocking sound it will definitely be letting water in too.

Absolutely love it! The stand is made of beautiful wood with a slip resistant cover on top. I love how easy it is to fold and it doesn't weigh too much either. The frame has a really nice finish and looks very sturdy. The display is clear and clean, you can even switch between km/h to mph by clicking the power button thrice. A brilliant investment :)

i had a problem many times regarding issues with front tyre , back mug guard being plastic and breakingthe amazing service provided by julie who advised mode S10 has now been advanced to avoid its previous disadvantages such as the front wheel, the rear mudguard and the back light. save as the s10 S10 but three places has been improved: 1. front wheel changed into the solid honeycomb tyre; 2.mudguard changed to metal one; 3. add a rear light

This thing is fast! Goes at 25 kmh and has a strong battery. Design is elegant and just simply beautiful to look at. Also, it has 3 modes for speed, which is really helpful when you try to preserve battery. Awesome scooter :)

Do not buy this scooter i brought one for my son as a Christmas present and from the very first moment he went on it i was dangerous the throttle button stuck down then kept coming up with error code E4 and now when you try to stop it keeps going by it's self so so dangerous as well as now it won't charge all this in 5 to 6 weeks avoid avoid avoid

Expected quality.Product turned up just as described.I had a Flat tire after few weeks but the seller willingly sent me a replacement without charge.Seller is willing to provide solutions to any problems encountered in regards to the product.

Box was open and the tape had no stick left to it so it had been open for some time. Everything looked fine until i found the broken bits in the bottom of the box (hinge for the brake light made from plastic with a metal pin in the center had been snapped off) not even attempting to look at the rest of it. Not happy but its just one of those things so printed a return label and sending it back.
