THE most delicious chocolates EVER!
These Almond Salted Caramel Boojas are my favourite chocolates - not just now, but out of any favourites I've ever had! That said, they ARE very closely followed by the Hazelnut Crunch Boojas, which take a very near 2nd place and were my favourites until recently, when I tried these almond ones. These are luxury chocolate truffles and the quality of the organic ingredients is inevitably going to be reflected in the price - you really do get what you pay for with these. I remember hearing Jamie Oliver once saying that if you think you can't afford organic chicken, then only buy chicken half as often... but then buy organic. The same could be said for these, in my view, except it's not just that you're buying organic (and all the many benefits of that choice) but also the utterly heavenly taste of these is SO worth having chocolate less often for, if you're going to have these when you do.Some of the things I love about these:- The slightly chewy caramel bits.- The ultra smooth chocolate.- EVERYTHING about the taste and texture.- How EVEN more amazing they taste if you can somehow resist the urge to bite them and just let them melt in your mouth (warn others to not try to talk to you when you're really savouring them in this way... this is "mindful eating" at its absolute best!)- They're organic (nobody in our house has any food allergies, nor are vegan or vegetarian, but the fact that they're also completely dairy-free and vegan is a bonus for other family members)- There's a really short list of ingredients - all of which are recognisable and pronouncable!- Superb, warm and friendly Customer Service from Booja (I rang them today with a query)- These always make a highly-desired gift or "thank you" gesture for other family members, who love them as much as I do- They're easier to buy, now that they're available on Amazon (very convenient for me, but also for my husband/kids who know that Boojas are always a winning gift for me for birthday, Mother's Day, Christmas presents, etc - apparently I'm hard to buy for as I never want anything, so these make it really easy for them)The very few things I don't like about them:- I can't always get other flavours that I've either tried and love (like the surprisingly yummy Rhubarb Fool that's in the Award Winning Selection box) or others that sound delicious and I've not been able to try yet, like the Raspberry, Ecuador and Toffee Strudel varieties - I think Booja are going to be adding more varieties on Amazon though, so I'm only too happy to "limp along" with my favourites in the meantime!- Willpower is required to not scoff the whole lot in one go- I can't leave my husband or son unsupervised in the house (or even the kitchen, in fact) whenever we have a supply of these at home- They can suppress positive personality traits we might otherwise normally possess (such as a willingness to share with others)!Basically, I really can't recommend (or eat) these enough (unless there's ever a shortage of them and there's a risk of them selling out because of positive reviews... in which case, they taste really, really, horrible... so please don't buy them!) :)(Their organic and dairy-free/vegan ice cream is really delicious too, but I've only tried a two or three flavours of those so far, purely because of limited choices with local retailers!)In case you're wondering, I don't have any kind of connection or affiliation to Booja-Booja... just purely a love of their deservedly award-winning creations and ethics.

seriously bad condition
I was looking forward to receiving this 2 chocolate portion packs. When they arrived they were in a complete mess. Melted, reformed in all sorts of shapes, grease on the outer box (how? they are individually sealed in cellophane). Booja Truffles are delicious but these were inedible. They really need to sort out storage and supply.

The chocolate is amazing but
Something has gone too warm with delivery. Now can’t reckon end them as gifts as the packing is completely undamaged.

These taste fabulous!
I had these bought for me a while ago so decided to get myself some, they are gorgeous! 1 pack is enough for that chocolatey taste but 2 is even better. Would certainly recommend then to anyone even if not vegan! Very rich and chewy, loved them!
