Not Working As It Should -- Barely Readable.
Just today, I gave this to my 6 year old grandniece for her birthday. She couldn't wait to use it. We had to first put the new battery in it (included) as the one already installed was obviously was dead. My grandniece loved it. BUT--I noticed right away that I couldn't see what she was writing on it. You could barely notice it. I called her mother over (much younger eyes than mine!) and asked if she could see it. She said, "Not really". I said that I would return it for another to try, but there was no way I could 'take it back' from my grandniece.I felt really bad, but her mother told me to just let her play with it .... she was happy.BOTTOM LINE: I wish I had tried this out before I gave it to my grandniece. I would have returned it for another. The print/markings on the one I received looks nothing like it does in the photos.Very disappointed.......

Great writing tablet
I order this for my 5 year old daughter a few days ago and she can’t stop playing with it. I bought it for her to encourage her writing and drawing skills while we are homeschooling. She will be starting kindergarten next year. She loves the LED light and that fact we are not wasting paper just to doodle and/or write letters and numbers. I highly recommend this for your kid if they love drawing or need something to help them learn how to write.

Son is in love.
I got this as a gift for my 7 year old son. He loves it. He takes it with him on car rides and enjoys getting to draw and not run out of paper (real problem for a 7 year old). Our 1 year old daughter also uses it. It is very light weight and thin. Easy to store and doesn't take much room. Great gadget for car rides or hotel stays.

Broken after a week
I was really excited to use these as a quiet toy in my classroom, but after only having them a week one will no longer erase. I tried replacing battery but it will not work. Disappointed in the quality.

a really good sketch board!
my 4 yr old started playing with my boogie board so I have bought this one for her. it is working very well, the lines are clear and bright, the lock switch is useful and works well. the stylus stays in place and it is a good size. the color is a nice pink, my daughter likes it a lot. a good board

Grandson loves it
This is the 4th one I've bought for various family members. None of the other 3 had a very bright screen, and while this one "could be brighter", it is better than the others by a fair amount.

Great for learning to write
My kids (ages 3 and 6) love this and even I doodle on it from time to time. I wish that I could buy a bunch of them to give to my kids' school. They are so easy to learn to write on and the lock mechanism makes it better than the high price smaller name brand version.

It's great
I got this for my toddler for Christmas I took it out of the box to check it and it came with an extra battery, the screen is great when you write on it the color pops. I'm not sure about the lock feature yet but I liked how it felt in my hands and how it showed up when writing. The true test will come on Christmas when he gets to open it.

doesn't work
bought this for my niece for Christmas so she just opened today and the function to erase doesn't work, came with an extra battery that we tried switching and still doesn't work. she's upset because she can't use her gift and I'm upset because now unable to exchange.

Very Easy to Use, Perfect for kids
This writing tablet is much better than using a classic pen board,The ease of use is aw3esome, you just scribble and press the button and it goes away. Also, there is a locking button to keep stuff written from getting accidentally wiped which helps a lot with little ones.My daughter is using this for drawing and scribbling and she loves it.They have also included a second battery in the box which is very convenient since you won't spend two days looking for a button battery when it will run out.

works just as you’d think it should
it’s light and easy to use. i can’t tell if the screen is really back lit or not. i think it isn’t. but it looks very legible. the stylus is a bit thick so i won’t use it as a notepad, but that isn’t the intended use. it’s good kids to scribble on and maybe adults to doodle, and it does a great job of it!

Couldn't use it
The place to put batteries didn't unscrew, it was broken so my daughter could not use the product as intended.I did contact the seller to see if he could fix it, and didn't offer any solutions - so I will have to return this tablet.

Works great and inexpensive
My favourite part about this product is the extra battery! Very much appreciated as those button batteries are annoying to find. Product works great - just as described. My kids (aged 10 and 12 love doodling on it). The lock feature is great too - a nice little add on.
