The cover broke
I loved the cover when it showed up. I would have loved it more if it was an all encompassing cover but it had open areas and only covered the edges on certain sides. However, my bigger problem was that after less than 2 weeks of use, the corner of the cover snapped. It didn't fall or hit anything hard. It just snapped because of it being a hard cover and trying to hold the phone with a little piece. I am going to request my money back.

I bought it and used only 1.5 months. I bought another Iphone's case from the same seller, so it was the same problem.
