Exactly as advertised.
I bought this because the Recon3D Omega headset did not come with this (unlike the Tactic3D Omega Headset, which is essentially the same headset with different receivers).I have nothing against it, except maybe for the price tag. For a stand that does nothing spectacular, twenty bucks is a bit expensive. Still, I like the fact that Creative released this item (or was it their plan all along?). What you see is what you get. This thing is made of plastic, to those who want to know. Though It looks durable enough to support any headphones.I guess I am forced to give it 4 stars because it is exactly as advertised. No surprise disappointments whatsoever. Plus it looks nice on my desk.

Suspends Headsets Above the Desktop
This is a good stand for the price. If you can find it for under the typcial $20 price then it is better. It has fallen over for me when I fumble with it, but I didn't expect much from such a lightweight design. Assembling this is also easy and requires no tools.Cons:It is not entirely stable.Pros:It is mostly stable when you don't bump it.It looks good if you don't mind the Sound Blaster branding.Fairly small footprint.

works
This unit is simple and does what it is made for. It is not fancy nor was it made to be. The stand will keep your phonesup and perhaps working longer than just throwing them on the desktop or floor. Helps to keep the desktop clear and useable.Simple and a little pricey for what they are but as stated they do the job.

Balance issue
I got this for free by buying a headset on Labor Day. And it was easy to put together by just looking at it. But its got some minor balance issues. When I put my headset on it, sometimes it tips forward and falls across my desk, throwing my headset to the floor. So either my headset and headset stand were dating and had a bad break-up or it could be reworked to have a better center of gravity.

Need to be better supported at the bottom
Need to be better supported at the bottom, has an issue tipping back and forth if their is nothing on it, so it tends to fall off the back of my desk once i grab the headset from the top of it. But I remedied it with putting a couple Velcro Attachments on the bottom.

Serves its purpose.
I used it with my omega wireless for a few weeks...it didnt have much use...served it purpose but bottom could have been a little heavier to keep it from flipping sometimes.

Great deal for the price!
Works well, feels sturdy. I was worried that it would be cheap and flimsy, and flip over if I put the headset on it the wrong way, not at all. It hasn't moved since the day I put it on my desk. I put my headset on it, probably, 10-15 times a day and it has not slid or moved at all. Good grip on the base to keep it steady on your desk.
