Brilliant kit. I'm still here which proves it works. Great value. The knife is sharp enough to slice Hovis Granary loaf. Make up your own mind up.

This kit is seriously good value for money given all the items that come with it and their quality. But TAKE NOTE the knife has a spring opening mechanism, and if the fabric of your clothes presses too hard against the catch on the back of it it can spring open in your pocket.... given the lethal sharp blade this could be nasty!! so wouldn't recommend carrying this knife on your person. otherwise decent kit

The media could not be loaded.  I took a 6 second slomo video of the knife action.The knife in itself needs finishing (picture 3) - I bought 2 kits. just ordered another 4. Why? when the knife is finished - it will be worth more than 4 times the cost of the kit. Value for money, not half.The kit is fairly budget. The first thing to do is lose the torch and replace it with a similar cob torch which i have done. Next I have to work out how much of the first aid kit is worth having. It would be better with water purification tablets and a sewing kit. I will also add a pair of tweezers, and maybe mosquito forceps.It is the kind of kit an arthritic person can appreciate. A water tight box, not sure if it's entirely waterproof. The plastic bags inside are unsuitable for a survival kit as they are child safe, sort of, wouldn't recommend chewing them. I have replaced the knife. WIth a knife that has cutlery and tin opener built in. I will carry the knife discretely.. I have seen just the knife selling elsewhere at £54

Great little kit, did end up not using the knife in the end as I found I would get more use out of a pen knife.

Very handy. Light and compact and packed with useful bits and bobs. I especially like the handy tactical knife

contents pretty good, well made but you won't really know until it is put to the test, but a handy piece of kit for your kit bag.

Le kit n'est pas cher, mais on sait maintenant pourquoi.Les accessoires sont d'une qualité douteuse.Mon fils s'en est servi comme base, mais rachète au fur et à mesure des éléments par ailleurs pour remplacer ceux du kit.Amusant, donc, mais ne comptez pas trop dessus.
