This product does work pretty well once you actually get to to connect properly. That being said, the keyboard was pretty easy to connect. The mouse was a bit more challenging and took awhile longer which was a bit annoying. My best advice when I troubleshooted is to try and connect the mouse first. I usually get it to work 1st or 2nd time connecting when I connect the keyboard last. For the design, the keys do feel a bit cheap and overall material is really cheap compared to an apple keyboard; however, it does work well regardless. The keys are pretty responsive but they can get yellowed like any other white key so try and keep it out of direct sun light. The mouse feels pretty nice but again does feel like cheap material. It moves pretty well once you get it connected. There is no DPI changes but it works well for basic and everyday use. These can connect to NEWER ipads and they must run 13.0 and above. I tried it with other ipads and the keyboard actually will work, but the mouse will not. If you are using a mac, this can be a good mac keyboard replacement but again you are definitely not getting the same material quality. This does run on batteries but I wish it did have the SAME batteries. The mouse requires one AA battery and keyboard need to use two AAA batteries. I would have preferred them to be similar as I do not have to buy two different types of batteries to use this device (batteries are not included). I personally used rechargeable of my own so I do not have to keep buying new batteries. I would say that even though this device does go to sleep. it probably drain my rechargeable in about a few days. That being said, they could last several weeks but I think my batteries are just getting older and not holding a good charge but something to note if you are using rechargeable. The product can go about 10 feet before having connection issues so be aware of that. Overall I think this product works pretty well for the price and I would say it is nice to have if you are on a budget. It is great for mac and ipads. You could technically use it with your iphone as well if you wanted to. I tried it and it was weird for me. The down side is the material is on the cheaper side (but it is good for budget). Also I wish you got a built in battery or at least batteries included as well as the same battery and not one using AAA and the other using AA.

This works really well and it was very easy to connect both the keyboard and the mouse. I would also have my Alexa connected playing music at the same time and there’s no connectivity issues at all. It’s a perfect size and lightweight.

Works really well and was easy to set up. Sometimes the mouse disconnects and I have to play with it to connect again (not sure why), but it’s only happened a couple times.

Received the keyboard and linked it to my IPAD and not all the keys worked. Sent and email to company and the next day I received a response asking me to adjust some of the IPAD settings. It now works great. Very good company support.

This is the best Bluetooth keyboard I could find that is compact, has full sized letter keys, ultimate compatibility across a plethora of different devices / models, and has an equally compatible mouse with the same Mac design as the keyboard. The keyboard and mouse both have a quality look and feel to them. The keyboard is a little on the lighter side, perfect for portability (does not fold though). The feel of the keyboard clicks are quality and effortless, no sticky keys thus far. The mouse is amazing, responsive, has very quiet yet satisfying mouse clicks and has a bit of weight to it for better quality feel. I love the fact that they are battery operated, so you can use them in the woods, on the road, or during a power outage if needed. Connecting via Bluetooth is seamless every time. The only feature I'd like to see with this product is a battery saving sleep mode, but for now I just turn them on/off when I use them. Great product, will update in a few months.

I cannot imagine being without this keyboard and mouse now that I have experienced the usefulness in my everyday communication and general computer needs. My fingers fly over the keys with fewer mistakes than I make on a larger laptop keyboard. I do not understand some of the negative comments made about disappointment of the lack of an esc key. The very first key on the top row launches the tablet home screen, and the fourth key on the top row is a search key that quickly takes you directly to an app without having to go to a menu to select. You can toggle between open apps by use of command/tab. Other function keys are useful and easy to identify: screenshot, volume, etc.I have read some of the reviews that are giving low ratings because it is said the mouse doesn’t work. I personally have no problem with the mouse. While the keyboard wakes up very quickly, I find it best to turn the mouse off and on and wait about 10 seconds for it to work. As long as the batteries are good, I find that the off-on-short wait cycle does the trick. You can use the keyboard to play word games (great for Wordle) and the mouse is used for interactive arcade-type games on your devices which is a plus. Highly recommend!

The keyboard is great. Love the color, size, and the minimalistic look. Love the mouse color as well. The silver color is great if you are like me and don't like when things change color/get dirty and you can see the discoloration. However, the scrolling of the mouse when scrolled down, is SO SQUEAKY. I don't know if it's just the one I ordered. Thought I could withstand the squeakiness, but I use a mouse a lot and I am currently in the process of possibly looking for another set :( The price is soo good for this tho :((( If anyone knows how to get rid of the squeakiness if possible, please lmk!

East to hook up and use with my iPad.

The keyboard and mouse are working smoothly till now. i bought it around 15 days back in first week of March'23. Mouse has got little glitches but that is ok for me, at present. You may buy this product.

Works as described

Had it for about 3 months, still hasn't change battery and its working fine. I'v used macbook, ipad and window laptop with it, and all works great. Apple works better in terms of hot key compatibility reasons, but aside from having the 'ctrl' key the second from the left and not the first, compatibility with windows are great as well.I work 3D design with it and the only down side is that the frequently pressed key starts to dislocate. Considering the price though, awful great purchase. My 48 battery packs are just chillin'.

Good quality, great price. Look & perform better than other 'popular' brand names. My son was very happy with these replacements for his PC

This keyboard and mouse connected via Bluetooth to my iPad flawlessly! The keys feel nice and the mouse rolls smoothly! Wonderful quality for such an inexpensive price! Highly recommend!!
