Essential listening for early Neil Diamond
What A performer, artist in the first 1o years composed so many hits that will be remebered and cherished for another 50-60 years at least

Not superb, but serviceable
I like this album, liked it when it was vinyl. It's not especially cohesive, nor is it particularly imaginative. Sweet Caroline, Grass Won't Pay No Mind, and Brother Love are among Neil's finest tracks. As for the rest of the record, it's fairly boilerplate stuff, valuable, if I'm being honest, only to those who grew up on Neil's music or who have grown to love him over the last forty years. I don't mean to damn with faint praise. It's just that this is a very good collection of songs, and nothing more.

Sweet Caroline, by Neil Diamond.
Having tried to see Neil Diamond in concert every time he has been here since we moved here tells you how much I love Neil. His songs are sensative to women. I love his CD. I am just sad that at his age it's obvious he will never come to the Seattle area again.

Old album and sounds like it!
I love Neil and bought this for the few songs I was not familiar with. In comparing the Brother Love's and Sweet Caroline with the mp3's I have already as 128 kbps files these 256 kbps files are "muddy". But for $1.99 it's worth it to hear You're So Sweet, Horseflies Keep Hanging Round Your Face. How did I ever miss that one? I appreciate that Amazon's download app works perfectly and loads these files into iTunes - with the beta Windows 7.

I always loved this CD. Years ago I sold my Neil CDs. Now I'm wanting them all. And this one was at the top of my list as a favorite. The NY Boy definetly shines through on this CD. Love him.

Cd came a little late but that's because of christmas time. Neil Diamond cd sounds great I just wish it had Brothers love salvation show. I've dealt with this seller before so I've always been pleased. Thank you
