Awesome look but minor flaws
Definately pros and cons. First off it's not to be considered a laptop case! Perhaps a 13" would do on the fly, or an ipad or tablet, but there's no way a 15" laptop could fit in there, comfortably that is. I tried with mine after reading a review from someone who said they could, and I almost stretched the seams out just trying to get it in there! lol Very tight fit. That and your cords and mouse or other peripherals just won't fit in there right. So keep in mind it's not designed for laptop use.Pros: Very cool looking bag! It looks masculine, rugged and has a cool green military, manly type distinction to it. As a matter of fact a couple of dudes already asked me where I got this bag! So by appearance, it's very "cool looking", especially for guys, but women could wear this too even though it's by far not a dainty feminine looking bag! lolol. The main compartment is a perfect size for my personal day to day needs, going to and from work. Inside is only one little zipper pocket attached to the inside lining for small stuff which is cool. Other than that it's just a big cavity lacking other inside pockets. The two front outside pockets are totally awesome and easy to get to. I only wish they had the magnetic snaps or even velcro on the pocket flaps other than the button snaps. If you're a full time college student with full subject loads requiring multiple books, you may want to resort to a bigger type bag or backpack. Make sure you take heed to the dimensions of this bag! It's just not that big!Cons: As for the side pockets; the design is totally messed up! One review I read was right on, stating that the side straps should have been magnetic clasps like the front straps are instead of sewn to the bag. Even Velcro would have been nice! It's time consuming in having to unbuckle and re-buckle to get stuff in and out of there. You just can't get inside there with ease! They (Bag designers) should have also made the circumference of these side pockets a little wider and a tad deeper. It would have been nice to fit your average size water bottle (pint) in there with ease but even trying to fit one in there is like putting on a pair of pants that's 2 sizes too small! Even my hard-shell glass case is a snug fit. One other thing I wish they would have done is to design a zipper pouch on the backside of the bag, wide enough for manila type folders and documents to slip in there. That would have been sweet. The last thing that irritated me was those two side flaps on the top side of the bag by the zipper. The zipper itself is not too smooth in zipping back and forth, so I just don't use it. Because this bag is so cool looking, I decided to keep it, so here's what I did to fix a few things I mentioned. I carefully cut the stitching to detach the buckles from the bag on each side. (keeping the straps intact) Then I got some good fabric glue and glued some Velcro on the buckle bottom side and glued Velcro on the bag where the buckle was sewn (on each side). I also glued those two annoying flaps down to get them out of the way! I decided to use fabric glue because I don't know how to sew well! lol Guess the bags mine forever now! I sure can't return it! lolol After I did those minor fixes the bag is almost perfect! I originally gave it a 3 star, but now after my mod work, it's now worthy of a 4. I just wish I could widen and deepen those side pockets....ohh well...All in all this is the coolest looking bag I've ever owned. Definately a man bag! There's just a few things that could have been done design wise to make it a tad better. I ordered it Monday morning and got it Wednesday afternoon. Fast! Chow!

Tough little bag
This is an excellent bag.Pros: The magnetic clamps on the front are securely fastened to the straps, the buttons clasp firmly and the bottom corners are covered in leather so you won't have to worry about the bag wearing out at that point. The strap is long enough for someone in the mid to medium high 5' range but anyone above my height of 5'8" will find that they're wearing more of a purse than a messenger bag. The fabric is quite soft and malleable as compared to something that's fresh off the loom and has stiff fabric and thrown together. The leather is soft as well and not treated with anything to make it shiny or slick. The zipper is longer than the opening to facilitate putting something in as large as the cavity can hold and still zip up, along with something to hold on to put tension on the zipper while zipping up. The inner pouch is nice as well, I can see how it could be used if this was a day to day bag, since it's a school bag for me and due to its size, it doesn't get much use with me. The inner liner is more of a regular fabric than the canvas outer shell and is quite soft.Cons: As stated before I feel that tall people should steer clear of this bag as it might be a little uncomfortable. The side pockets should have the magnetic clamps as well because they're actually buckled down with the leather metal buckles. If you had something that you don't use frequently but carry everywhere, that would be a good place to put it as it's not easy to get to as say the front pouches. While the strap is nice, if you're carrying a lot of stuff, this might not be the bag for you. It will dig in your shoulder and as you walk about, the comfort pad will migrate to the back. While this isn't a con, I can't put it as a pro: be mindful of how large this bag is. 13.5" is not very long. If you're looking to use this for a school bag, you won't get a whole lot of use out of it as you'll only be able to carry one subject. If it's a day to day bag, I'm sure it will suite you quite nicely. In the end, I highly recommend this bag. It's soft, feels very durable, the leather corners are a great addition and has a lot of easy access to the bag. Just beware of the size, it's smaller than you think if you don't measure it out.

Great bag
I have to say this is one of the best bags I have owned. I use this for work and it holds my papers, MAC Book Air and Ipad and other assorted items just fine. Plenty of room without too much room. Does not sag. The straps seem very strong and like they will last a long time. A lot of bags I have purchased in the past (from overseas) the straps have broken or torn. This one is strong and the magnetic clips to shut- excellent they really click and hold without any difficulty. Has a bag from China with magnet holders, never would stay shut.Overall a great work or outdoor bag, very sturdy and a great feel.

Great 'Incognito' Photo/camera bag
Combine this bag with a Tenba Pro Digital Photo Insert (mfgr #638-251) (available at B&H Photo, NYC for $21.95) and you have a great Photo/camera bag which is really low profile…does not advertise "I have expensive camera, lens and flash right here for the grabbing." As to the bag itself, would be improved by having magnetic catches on pockets in addition to the main flap. Perhaps I will sew on some velcro closures to compensate. Would highly recommend as described above as photo gear bag.

best.bag.ever
So, I am a grad student (read: I run all over the place and have to carry my 'office' with me) and have never been able to find the right bag. Backpacks were too bulky, purses too small, and messenger bags never seems to stay on my shoulder properly. This bag is really well made...thick, but supple canvas and stays where you put it when you are carrying it. It is easy to get things in and out...the magnets on the flap snap closed every time...and the pockets are deep enough to carry whatever you need. Well worth the not cheap, but not too expensive price. I feel like I got more than I paid for.
