Will it fit the silver sky se?

These will NOT fit the SE Silver Sky . We do Sell The Graph Tech Tusq XL White Nut . PQL-6943-00 That nut will fit in the PRS SE Silver Sky factory nut slot, but will require some fitment.

Why is this not tall enough for my hollowbody standard se?

They have to be sized correctly for the size neck you have. Wide thin or wide fat.
