Absolutely great.
Purchased 14 months ago. Very reliable. Does a good job but edges often need to be done separately. Is sometime confused by glass furniture or glass floor partitions but eventually gets over it. Don’t worry about small bin for dust because it is a doddle to empty. Have never used its full capabilities to remember schedules and room plans.

Waste of money
Not worth the additional dyson premium. I bought one , had issues with eye getting scratched going under furniture. Dyson help was to suggest I claim off home insurance. Folks got a Eufy quarter of price same features less hassle.

Excellent Suction Power and Intuitive Wifi Performance
I was somewhat perturbed by the amount of mixed reviews coming out about this robot vac, particularly from end users.Having owned this for a week now, I would comment as follows:The bad:The dust box is far too small and needs to be emptied during an entire floor clean. If you do not empty it and the dust goes above the recommended line, then the bot will eventually grind to a halt and display the blockage warning message. This means that I cannot set it to clean the entire floor when I am out. This is the robot's Achilles Heel basically and Dyson need to do something about it.The good:- Suction is the strongest that I have ever seen on a robot vac and its cleaning power eclipses that of my previous 2 iRobots. Its power is akin to my handheld Dyson - no mean feat. It also cleans methodically, section by section.- The robot is significantly better at not bumping into obstacles than the iRobots. That said it does have some scrapes and to avoid damage to both furniture and the robot, I have affixed some foam protective strips to the front and sides. These are already making a significant difference.- The setup process is straightforward and the mapping process took under an hour for my top floor of 2 large bedrooms and a landing. The map works well when the bot is cleaning and tells you exactly where the robot is and how much it has cleaned.- Others have complained that it does not return to its dock when cleaning is finished but mine quite comfortably finds its way out of the far bedroom, across a hall and into the bedroom where the dock is, before planting itself on that.Verdict:Best bot cleaner that I have owned to date - superb suction and cleaning power, backed up by great software.Only disappointment is the tiny dust box...RRP is currently £799.00 incidentally.

Great machine, Very happy with it
Ok so I watched YouTube and read plenty of reviews about this product and I must admit I thought go for it, how bad can it actually be.... its a dyson rite.... Well this little robot is brilliant, the issues I have had where down to user error and being impatient.Follow these basic rules and you will have no issues;* make sure the dock is in a clear space with 50cm buffer zone either side and in front of it (mine is in the hallway underneath a table);* follow the instructions on the app, don't rush through it;* you MUST let the robot map your home before doing anything else. Don't disturb it, let it do its thing even though it may do some random roaming around and take some time (it may go back to recharge and then finish the job);* Once it has mapped your room go into the app and create zones;* Final stage is manage restrictions using the app, place a box (virtual no go area) round any furniture or area that could cause a problem (the slanted base of my living room armchair and kitchen chairs caused a problem). This sounds like a chore, it really isn't even for the most basic tech user, NOW GO CLEAN.... Its fantastic, just be patient setting it up. I had a play with the schedule and I wake up every morning to hoover tracks in the carpet and a dust free hallway (an OCDs bliss). The actual cleaning power of the 360 Heurist (I named him Derek) excellent, no issues at all other than those hard to reach areas that even the best upright hoover struggles with, an attachment tool on your standard hand held will deal with this easily.Ad hoc cleaning; I placed the fully charged robot in the spare room up stairs cleared the floor of small obstacles, pressed go on the top of the robot and closed the door. Hay presto the app told me it had finished and then simply returned the robot to its docking station down stairs.Negative points about this clever little robot, ignore the above and it will work BUT you will be rescuing it when its stuck and it will take an age to clean your home.Enjoy chaps

Very good but overpriced here
I like this Dyson robot. The app and associated functionality is far better than the previous model allowing rooms to be mapped and different levels of suction set for each room, or even parts of a room the vacuum should not stray into. There’s now an onboard light that helps with navigation when the room is not particularly well lit. However, at time of review the vacuum is on sale of £1,099 but the list price, and price if ordered direct from Dyson, is £799. Anyone purchasing from here should check the current pricing elsewhere.Four stars. The battery life remains poor which means the significant vacuuming required the robot to return for recharging which makes a simple clean last for a very considerable time.
