I received this product yesterday and felt compelled to write a review. I have been after a storage box in this colour to match my dressing room, which is navy and ochre. I already have one in ochre from The Range, but felt the colour was a bit too bright and therefore it looked a bit cheap. I Could not find a velvet navy box anywhere. However I decided to look on Amazon and found this. Due to the mixed reviews, I was dubious. However I decided to go for it and it arrived within two days. I have to say I’m really impressed. For the price, you are never going to get a really steady and robust storage box of fantastic quality. However for £29 including postage, this is spot-on. I decided not to add the legs to it. It’s very easy to put together, within a minute or two. It’s a decent size and despite some of the other photographs I have seen on here, mine is decent quality, no bits hanging off it and no missing parts. The main selling point for me is the colour. It’s hard to tell based on the main photo and the photographs people have put on their reviews. Hopefully mine are clear enough for people to see the actual colour. It’s a lovely rich dark navy. As I said before, I haven’t found anything like this before for this price. I was looking at £150, £200 for something similar so I am over the moon that I found this. Cheap and cheerful and does the job but the colour is beautiful and my dressing room is now exactly how I wanted it.

Placed into my hallway to store my vast array of shoes. Looks so much more expensive than what it is. Easy to assemble. Would definiately recommend.

Lovely neat little ottoman. It’s smaller than I thought it would be but it still looks good & the small wooden legs are a nice finish+the fabric is lovely too & perfect for a bedroom or guest room💖However it’s not strong or sturdy so it definitely can’t be used as a seat otherwise it may break but good enough for storage (extra blankets/throws)

Absolutely loved it exactly as described soft fabric holds alot of items / clothing easy to put together works well with any small spaces

So happy with this product! I have filled it with my sons train track which was stored in a large unsightly plastic box before! Matches my sofa perfectly also! Isn't strong enough to be sat, but that's not what I intended it for, just an observation! 😊 Easy to put together, without many pieces. Overall thrilled, just waiting to see if it stands the test of time, but for now 5*.

This is suitable for the use we needed...to keep a few office items out of the way when not in use. There is enough room for our needs and I haven’t noticed any smells. It looks tidy enough, but not anywhere near as plush as the image.A quibble with the courier...left this leaned outside the front door without letting us know.Overall disappointing, as other reviewers mentioned, not good value for money, you could not sit on it (the sides are more like a thick card or thin wood and would buckle). I’d be reluctant to even use it as a footstool, but luckily that wasn’t why we need it. Also, happens to be the ideal height to bruise the lower leg if you accidentally trip on it, so beware!
