Ive had this for more than 10 years, any chance someone knows where i can get replacement plugs?

My old high school has a shop that does 3-D printing (I attended a recent reunion). They printed an amazing variety of shapes. If a high school near you also does 3-D printing and you still have the plugs, maybe they can print replacements. I don't know what a private business would charge but a high school project might be free.

no handle - easy to move around though. Even when full of oil it is only about 15 lbs.

How do I open the drain plugs so I can drain the oil?

If you are talking about the drain pan itself, there is a screw-on cap on one end of the pan. There are also (2) caps that screw in near the center, that are for closing up the drain pan for transport or storing the used oil
