Need this if you have 1x24 Trijicon Reflex II
I bought a Trijicon Reflex II sight used without the filter and the amber triangle would wash out in bright light or even sunlight. Filter fixed that. Works great now!

good, but could use a design change.
This filter works great to provide better reticle contrast when you shoot with BOTH eyes open.I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because I felt the lens adjustment turned too easily. Putting the rifle in and out of a bag will often change the adjustment. It would be nice to see it have a bit of tension, requiring more deliberate action to adjust.Overall, works well.

Great item great price
I got a used trijicon reflex thought the tritium was going dead but it was actually washout affecting it with the polorizer I can see the dot easily and shoot with it with a flashlight or from a shaded area out into a bright area or bright light against a white wall the adjustment is a little loose but a easy fix with a piece of hear shrink to give it some resistance before you sell your trijicon reflex try one if these there a must have !!!

Works very well
I bought this to improve my reflex scope's daytime performance. It works very well. I can dial the amount of light coming in the front, thus artificially brightening the dot.

Trijicon a well known company that lost it's customer service or business that they are putting out JUNKS
I bought this unit in April 2016 and it is the worse item you have ever bought from this company Trijicon, a name to remember, yeah right. This is a piece of junk. I could not keep the lens from rotating and so I have adjust the lens every few shots. It is a very bad design or I got a lemon. So I send it in for warranty work. They send it back to me saying that multiple work was done on it. They did not do anything to the unit but send it right back to me with the same problem. I would think they could have changed out the front lens that has the plastic sleeve that could be a bit thicker to give it a more of a bite on the outer rim to keep it from rotating on its own. But they didn't even do that. I can see their warranty work department, where you have to send in your main unit and what a surprise, you get it right back not fix, but they worked on it. What a joke company.

I think I got a crappy one
The Adjusting Ring pulled off Before I took it to the Range (It fell off when I removed the rubber Trijicon Dust Cover that came with the Red Dot)After I Re-Attached it and took it to the range...The Filter would change on its own while I was firing (The recoil is not that much from an ar15)I went from being able to see my target to pitch black within 10 shotsMaybe I got a crappy one... but for now I removed it from my Reflex
