Speck Products iGuy Protective Case for iPad 1/2/3/4 - Chili Pepper

Amazing!!!! This product is everything that I expected and more! I have a daughter (8yrs) who is diagnosed On the Autism spectrum . She uses her iPad daily and really puts it through the ringer with biting, throwing, spills and a laundry list of things that Would have me here forever if I was to list it all! When her old iPad case got destroyed after one year of use I really didn't think that there was anything that could top it, boy was I wrong! This I guy has proven to not only top the last case she had but also far exceed it in functionality and protection. We've only had it now for three months and not even a scratch on it! I only have one issue with this product and that is I do wish that the volume control was covered in someway or protected from my daughter. She has a fascination with turning the volume up to the maximum level and I have to tape it with duct tape to prevent her from doing this. But by no means is this a dealbreaker. If this one ever wears out I would definitely get another one with no hesitation! Just for reference the old case we owned (a generic brand) started to show wear and tear at about 3 months and at 6 months I was definitely starting to consider getting a new one. We finally dumped it in The trash after one year of use and by then it was definitely falling completely apart. I will not buy that one ever again. We have now have had the IGUY for 3 to 4 months now and it does not have ANY signs of wear and tear. I'm very happy with this product and couldn't recommend it enough!!!!! Especially if you have a special needs child who bites/chews/throws/destroys their toys!!!!!!! Also the arms are perfect for the child to comfortably carry around their IPAD! The

This is a great product for children, but also for adults if you keep your iPad at home. It is too bulky for travel. My boys carry the iPad around by the I guy's arms daily and they hold up well. The I guys back is thick enough that the boys can spill a whole bowl of cereal or a cup on the table and the liquid does not enter the opening between the I guy and the iPad. I like it for myself because I can stand the I guy when I want to use the iPad for cooking with a recipe. I also like that the rubber is smooth but not slippery, so the iPad easily 'sticks' to your lap while reading in a reclined position and you don't have to hold it. It is a little tough to get on initially but takes less than a minute. You can charge the iPad easily with the I guy on, so you really never have to remove it unless you want to slide it into a slim briefcase or purse for use outside of your home. Very good product.

I bought this for my HP TOUCHPAD. Yes it fits pretty good! All the holes line up and so does the room for the camera. However in order to do this you must have the camera to the left and the home touchscreen button to the right. Then everything fits perfect. The hole for the volume fits, the camera fits, the spot to plug in and charge fits while still in case and the top power on/off button fits. I have not found any other protective bumper-like case out there for the Touchpad. This works for protection especially while in the hands of my 3 year old. It does fit the touchpad snug and secure-works like a charm. My toddler loves the "cuteness" and my heart doesn't skip a beat with fear of him dropping it when he grabs it and wants to play with the touchpad. Love that it can stand upright too! The only slight issue is that sometimes it tends to lean forward or backward but still stands-like the feet are not completely flush/flat because of the line on the bottom of each foot where it is molded together-but it works. I highly recommend especially for any parent with a younger child that uses your touchpad/ipad. This is an excellent choice for the touchpad! Great find-just wish I would have found it much sooner! =)

This is great for toddlers. I have to admit my son is totally into the cute little games and videos we put on here but he has no idea how expensive these iPads are and he likes to just throw them around when the wifi doesn't work and he gets mad. So, if you have one of those kids like mine you should get this. I use this on my elliptical when I exercise as well and it fits nicely in the arm rests in front. I used to balance it on there and well my iPad screen broke from falling off of the exercise machine. The only negative thing about this is that the opening to stick in the charger is so narrow and small I get so frustrated putting it through the opening and then into the iPad that I just get annoyed and end up having to take the whole thing off to plug it in the charger which can be a pain when you're in a hurry. Overall, though this is handy and it does sit upright on desks fairly well so like I said it's great for kids and just a little hard to charge so that's why I gave it four stars.

More power to you, son!I crammed my wife's old iPad 1 in this case when she upgraded, and gave it to my toddler son to play with. He's dropped it (never from very high - he *is* just a toddler), stepped on it, rolled it down the stairs, and knocked it over more times than I can count. But the iPad is still in great shape!The "arms" are perfect for little hands to grapple and grab. The "feet" are good for standing the iPad up and watching a movie or eighteen episodes of Martha Speaks. The material is soft and forgiving. It's easily cleaned with warm water and some dish soap (seriously, this is important because the case will be disgusting about five minutes after you give it to a toddler).There aren't many downsides, but here are two that I can think of. There is no built-in screen protection, so buy some screen protectors to go along with this case. The feet aren't super stable - stand the iPad up and then touch an icon on the screen and you are more likely than not to knock it over.Overall, this was a great buy and well worth the money.

Anteriormente compré una imitación recibiendo "gato por liebre". esta si es original y pues embona perfecto, pudiendo conectarla bien y no obstruye nada que no tenga que obstruir. Ha aguantado el mal trato de una pequeña de 3 años.

Una maravilla, mi hijo lanzó la tablet a su hemana a la cabeza sin darle y dando unas cuantas vueltas por el suelo, la tablet perfecta.Acopla perfecta y es duradera y resistente.Los agarres en forma de brazo una caña, estoy encantadisimo.

Have had this on both kids iPads for over a year now and have to say what an excellent job it has done in protecting them. Seriously worth the extra money. Kids find it easy to hold the iPads also which mean it is less likely that they will drop them.

Bambini e Ipad a volte non è la formazione migliore. Questa case è la carta vincente per proteggere la tavoletta elettronica da lanci, cadute urti, litigate ecc.... insomma ChildProof!

Parfaite pour mon ancienne iPad Retina. Elle se met parfaitement, je trouve même qu'elle est un peu lâche. J'appréhendais la couleur orange, mais finalement, elle est superbe. Il y a un petit "bouton avec languette" en plus dans le paquet de la même couleur que la housse, je suppose que c'est pour cacher l'appareil photo mais ça ne tient pas vraiment donc je ne sais pas à quoi ça sert. Les boutons de l'iPad sont parfaitement accessibles.
