Good and trusted power chord and charger
Power chord and charger work great. Charges quickly and doesn't get hot. Electrical specs are on par with the OEM charger. Being UL certified is a big plus too, especially for electrical replacements.

Good product, poor packaging, excellent customer service!
I reviewed this product previously and stated that the box my keyboard came in was pretty well destroyed...the keyboard literally fell out of it without me having to open it! Luckily, the keyboard works perfectly still! The company did contact me after my first review and offered to ship me another one or give me a refund. Hopefully, they will also fix the packaging issue for future shipments.
