Barnel USA BLS913 Nylon Sheath

Love it, love it, love it. Was concerned about the durability vs leather, but figured at the price I'd give it a shot. First, it is a lot lighter and more flexible than leather, so it doesn't dig into my leg when I twist into awkward positions. I solved the durability issue by putting my pruners in handle side down. They fit fine, it actually holds them better that way (normal sized Felco pruners). It's so comfortable and easy to put on that I'm taking my pruners with me all the time now; don't know how I got along without one of these before.

Works well it I ordered 2 since my boyfriend and I would constantly be passing slippers back and forth I had bought spare clippers last year. Then I would have mine and he would set his down walk away and still need mine or vice v versa now we can no both have them on us. It also works well for my drip line tools ( punch and snips). I do love them only 4 stars because I have had things fall out a strap or something to loop on the tool or elastic on the top edge would be nice they are very roomy but if tipped everything slides out.

I like everything about it but the stitching gave way after a month at the point and won't hold pruners any more. Dissapointed.

I bought some pruning shears for hand-pruning, and later realized I had no protection for it (even though it is sitting in a drawer in my tiny gardening table - that's not "enough" from the elements). So, I searched on Amazon, and lo, and behold - found the perfect thing.1. Perfect size for hand-pruners.2. Great color to spot easily if you set it aside.3. Material is sturdy to withstand being in my garden table outside.VERY SATISFIED with this purchase!

It is exactly as shown, my new pruners fit right in but there's a little lip on back of the black rim cover on the pouch that catches on the lock mechanism on the pruners so I had to put a piece of gorilla tape over it so it wouldn't catch.The backside has a metal clip that goes over a belt - very solid and tight (& you don't have to loop it through your belt all the time).

Well made sheath for folding saw or hand pruners. Would have given 5 stars if the pouch was an inch deeper. Still very useable and sturdy.

I never had one of these and I garden for a living. Great time saver. I hook it to my back pocket and it works great!

This is just what I needed around the yard. Simple design and nothing fancy but quality construction. Nice and lightweight, doesn't bother me or get in the way while working. Great price. Excellent value for my hard earned dollar.
