does the label say 'not for use on plastic'?

Mine does not say to do not use on plastic, it actually says otherwise to USE on plastics and that it's safe. But I've got mine like 7 years ago, or they changed the formula and now it's not safe on plastic or they have changed directions based on feedback from people who ruined their plastic parts using this lubricant. In any case, I've just put a label on my can to don't use on plastic to be on a safe side.

Can this be used for snow blower?

I use it to coat/spray the chute & augers on my snow blower. Seems to work well. Especially when we have a wet/heavy snow.

Is this product clear?

Even though it may look like WD-40 or 10W oil, it isn't even close to being the same. It is clear and shouldn't discolor anything other than say, bare wood.

I'm looking for the best lube to use for upkeep and end of season tuneups my lawn care equipment? Silicone, lithium….? What's the best?

I use both, but not for lawn equipment. My suggestion: You can use the silicone pretty much anywhere, but the lithium is a grease. It's the better lubricant of the two, but it's messy, so avoid using it where messy matters.
