Arrived quickly. Although I'm pleased with the carpet, and it fits in well with room, When it is delivered it is tightly folded and as you can see in the photos it is very ridged. After a week on floor it is still ridged but not as bad. They should roll it on a cardboard tube and this would prevent this happening hence the three stars. It's now been a month and still quite ridged still which spoils the look.

Rugs packed so tight, I don't know what caused the buckeled/uneven/ridges (whatever you call it), or the rugs were housed in a damp place, but I'd send them back if it wasn't so much hassle for me, I bought 2, both rugs are the same. Not sure they will ever lie flat........disappointed doesn't come close :(

I got this for my mum and she loves it. It looks good and is nice and thick. I thought it was well priced too.

A nice rug, ignore the concerns about its shape or edges turning up when shipped, or it not going flat. It all settles down after a couple of hours, they can't ship it flat lol. I guess the reviews saying otherwise were left the minute they received the item. I am pleased with this very inexpensive rug.

Very good and durable rug. I would advice on getting an underlay to avoid slipping. Other than that, it's a great rug. I have mine at the entrance corridor

Great product, really nice quality. It took a while to stay flat after being rolled up but that wasnt really a problem. Looks lovely i am really happy with it.

Looks very nice in my hall and blends in with the decor. Haven't needed to clean it yet, apart from vacuuming, but it's quite light, but seems to made of tough stuff. I should expect this rug to be easy to maintain and last a long while.
