Addison's Disease: Causes, Tests, and Treatments

It answered most of my questions well, but I wish it had gone into additional detail on some of the associated conditions that Addison's can affect in a person that I've learned about in other ways.

I have Addison's Disease and bought this book for my husband and friends to read to learn more about my disease. Very small book. You can find more info on the internet. Sad, it just sits on the shelf.

I have read a lot about Addison's disease. This book is good for someone newly diagnosed. It is a good over view. I read this book late. I bought it on line. I had already learned the information in this book. I'm sure the book is good for a new comer.

Half of the book was a lecture on genetics having nothing to do with Addison's Disease. I easily find more information online at any Addison's site than in this book and I would prefer a book to pick up when I want. What a waste of money.

You can find out more from just a few minutes searching on the internet. However if you have no knowledge of addisons disease it will help with the understanding of what issues the patient might /will face.
