Wow! Dozens of exercises, so simple to follow. Love it!
I really love this book! It contains dozens of powerful bodyweight exercises which can be done home without the need to use additional equipment. Each exercise is described in a great detail, demonstrating the technique and explaining its benefits. The descriptions are highlighted by pictures which makes it very easy to follow. Suitable not only for anyone who wishes to start with exercising but also to those with higher level of experience. This book really helped me, thank you! AMAZING!

It is a the perfect step to have guidance whilst training
This book is an ideal way to start something if you haven't done so already. It is a the perfect step to have guidance whilst training. I am about 11 stone but already reading this book had encouraged me to believe in myself. After all the author tells you to have fun. What is more fun than enjoying yourself whilst maintaining your body weight and saving some money? Would highly recommend this!

Useful but basic
The majority of exercises people will know but has good teaching tips. Might be useful to suggest a basic programme with these exercises to further help people.

Not necessarily For Beginners.
I feel the book is basically written for those already in fairly good physical condition and have achieved an adequate, if not superior, level of flexibility and are seeking to incorporate new exercise into perhaps a stale workout routine. Or either do not enjoy working out for with weight apparatus or perhaps do not have access to equipment while traveling,etc.For those attempting to get back into condition, are older, lack flexibility, and so on, Its probably advisable to either entirely bypass many of the exercises, picking and choosing, or utilizing under supervision.
