Premium TPE Yoga Mat - Body Alignment Guide Lines and Non-Slip Grip - Perfect for Home Exercise and Gym Workout - Light, Portable, Compact - Travel-Friendly Shoulder Strap

I think this exercise mat is perfect! It’s thin enough but feels very supportive when I am using it for floor exercises or jump roping. Also love the colors and design.

Very soft but supportive. Great for both indoor and outdoor uses

Ｉlike this yoga mat. But if it could be wider and thicker, it will be much better. On the wooden floor, when do the table position, the knees would feel hurt sometimes because it’s too thin. Maybe it will be better on the carpet.

Very confortable but a bit thin..I liek it a lot!

There’s absolutely no grip to speak of on either side of the mat.

Amazing!

I really like that this is an ECO friendly yoga mat that includes a carrying strap. The Light blue surface with the laser etchings and body alignment guides provides a very calming surface upon which to practice. The backside (that goes against the floor) is a contoured surface that provides a good amount of grip. (See photo where I bent the mat over so you can see both the top and bottom). The product arrived in a nicely branded box. What I don't like is the "Thank You Bonus" with the "Free How To Use Guide" requires you to scan a QR code. The QR code, then launches Facebook Messenger. Given security concerns, I deleted Messenger from my phone months ago, so I'm not sure what automated process embedded in the QR code was supposed to occur as because Messenger was not installed it couldn't do anything. When I went to the Yogi Bands website to see if I could find the How To Use Guide, again they had a pop up that connected to Facebook Messenger. The website didn't have any useful information. The product registration seemed to be nothing more than a marketing ploy to get your info for future product promotions. I really would like to know how to take advantage of the body alignment guides, but that information is not contained in the box or on the website. If you are experienced at Yoga and don't need this information, then this perhaps is irrelevant. So whereas I would have given this a 4 star review as the product looks great and works well (other than being a little thin at 5mm rather than 6mm), I'm dropping it to two stars because of the attempt to capture my Facebook information via Messenger and the fact that the only way to get the How To Use Guide is through Messenger -- not even a download on their website. Seems sketchy to me. If this information were more readily available without the concerns of gaining access to personal info via Facebook Messenger, then I would have rated this mat higher. This is not a thick yoga matt. At about 0.2 inch, this is one of the thinnest ones you can find on the market right now. It's also not the widest mat you can find on the market, if you're looking for something thick and wide, look elsewhere. Because of the relative thinness, it can cause some discomfort specially on harder surfaces and for people who weight a little higher. However, what it doesn't have in comfort and thickness, it has in portability and compactness and other qualities you like to have in a yoga mat. On the bright side, this mat is easily portable and doesn't take too much space, most thick mats are very hard and sometimes impossible to roll and put aside but this one can easily be rolled into a small space. One very nice feature that it has is the body alignment dots and guides that it has which makes it really easy for you to adjust your body's location when trying different activities and movements. I've tried it both with shoes and without and I've noticed it tends to stay in place and doesn't move around a lot. maybe 1 inch of movement for a 45min session which I consider pretty good. The anti-skid pattern on the bottom works pretty good in my opinion. The grip is very very strong. It doesn't smell bad and I didn't smell anything even when new, it also tends to not absorb the body odor at all. Easy to wash too in case you feel the smell. Overall, I do recommend this if you weight below 120 130. If you weight more you might want to go find something a tad thicker for more comfort. Everything else (anti-skid, body guidance marking, material, grip and ... ) is very good and high quality.

Love my new mat! The pattern is lovely and helpful in maintaining my alignment in my poses. The thickness is perfect and adds comfort under my knees. It isn't slippery at all and has great grip on the floor.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this mat! The colours are beautiful, and it has really good grip. It’s definitely not slippery. Shipping was extremely fast, came in within 24 hours

Frist, the company was pack it in a box very nice Second, the colour and design on the mat look beautiful Third, the back of mat is zig zag line to help it not slip Overall it is light, beautiful color, and soft

Great mat - the colours are so pretty! It’s comfortable for my exercises, not too slippery and pretty soft. Also was delivered very quickly taking into account current situation.

Color and pattern is nice, but hardly can be placed flat. Dirt not easy to come off.
