Great for technique
This is a great tool for training your techniques, this will keep your elbows from flaring and remind your body to keep those body’s in, when I was training in my early stages we would use something like a glove or book under our arms to keep our elbows in but you couldn’t throw punches without it falling this tool allows you to do just that without any hassle, definitely recommend to any fighters at any level

Works for it's purpose.
I am an aggressive boxer. It is paramount that I keep my elbows in. This helps. I tune up with this item every once in a while.

Does what it’s supposed to. Price should be about $10.
I bought this with an Amazon gift card that I won in a raffle. I wouldn’t have paid my own money for this. It’s a simple piece of fabric with two sleeves you put your arms in. It’s good for its purpose but it’s not worth $20. The $8 shipping on top of that is ridiculous.
