This is quite strong but it is made of very thick plastic and hence is really difficult to prise open enough to be able to slip the beaded cord into the loop end. There is no give whatsoever and it felt as though had I forced the cord to get it into the loop it probably would have broken it. It took 2 of us to fit as one of us had to force the clip open with a sturdy screwdriver (which felt as though it would cause it to snap off though it didn't) whilst the other pulled the cord through. It was far more difficukt to do than it should have been and really felt like it might have broken the beaded cord. Had it just have needed for a cord (not plastic chain bead) blind pull I'm sure it would have been much better and easier.

The plastic is too brittle to allow cord through. Do not buy this. Worse still the return postage wipes out most of the value.
