I bought a purple and green pack exactly the same as this one. When full extended my Pilates mat, strap, socks, and 1- or 2-pound weights, plus a towel or riser all fit. And the pack sells for much less than a yoga bag. You might be able to get your yoga blocks and a skinny yoga mat in it, but I haven't tried.I bought this second blue and red one for my boyfriend. I like that it has a place for a hydration pack, if we wanted to use it for something other than exercise class. We have camel backs and they should work in this pack. It is super light, but very strong. Everyone in my exercise classes really like mine.

I like the colors and chest straps, but I dislike the velco straps used to fold down the top portion of the bag. The velco straps often don’t work. Also, there is no external mesh compartment or side pockets. Previous generations of this pack were better designed.

Very nice, simple backpack that compresses easily to take along as a second bag when traveling. Infinitely better than a previous purchase that had to be returned (from a different manfacturer) because it started to fall apart soon after using it for the first time. Jansport stands behind their products and know this will last a long time.

Pros: Big and light.Cons: only one zipper opens the entire thing. So I'm always looking for the zipper tab.Overall solid for occasional day trip, but not a daily grinder.

Nice pack with a single large compartment. It also has a small zippered pocket assessable from the outside. The main compartment has a couple dividers for a 3l hydration bladder and another that is about the same size. The only unexpected thing was that the access flap is part of the internal storage.
