Works best after you've started your tattoo session
This stuff is exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want a cream for before the session, because I know it can cause irregularities with the skin. I also did NOT want something that numbed me 100%, because it honestly feels worse than the tattoo pain in a weird way. This product is great if you use it correctly, and numbs about 80-90%. Go for as long as you can and then, once the skin has been broken, spray it on and let it sit for a few minutes. It won't numb unbroken skin, but it's immediate relief for the bits of tattoo that have already been lined/shaded/etc. Because of that it's best used halfway through/to the end of your session! It'll help you sit much longer. For me it didn't sting, cause swelling, change my skin texture, or cause any redness. Got the A-OK from the artist as well!

Useful for middle of session tattoo numbing
I’m a tattooer with over 25 years experience in the industry. This product makes it easier for me to finish larger tattoos. While it doesn’t take away all of the pain, it does make hours 3,4, and 5 a whole lot easier.Always ask the client if they have any medical allergies before use.Yes, the tattoo is a lot easier to do when the client isn’t freaking out over pain, and the studio is a bit quieter as well.

Second Try =, will buy again
It seems like anyone who had waxed or epilated their legs was nonchalant about any “discomfort” they had. Me? In the few times I was fed up with shaving and went for an allegedly professional wax, or gritted my teeth and tried to make it through a torturous epilating, the results were the same each time. Regret, pain, frustration about money spent, and patchy or unfinished legs. I hadn’t tried in a few years and ordered a decent epilator, and their efficiency has improved a lot. I used it on my arms with no issue, but they are mostly fine hairs that don’t hurt all that much anyway. Next the legs. Cue the cursing (under my breath so as not to be repeated by the child). There has to be a better way, I thought. A few searches led me to this numbing spray. Ordered. Arrived. First order had a bad sprayer, but the second order has been great. Does it make epilating and waxing painless? No. Does it hurt? For me, yes. But it definitely dulls the pain to make it tolerable enough to finish with awesome results. It’s not greasy or slippery, and the hairs were still able to be gripped. Overall, I am impressed. Will buy again.

Hard to apply
The spray pump is hard to use and it does not come out in a fine must. It sprays on and runs down my leg. You have to hold it upright so I had a hard time using my right hand to spray my left hip and upper thigh. Wish it came in an aerosol.

Works well for up to four hours.
Works well for up to four hours. I have spinal damage and constant pain in my back and neck. I need to live my life in spite of this. So when my pain increases I do one two things. I get patches from the doctor with 5% lidocaine that last 12 hours. The patches are very expensive and sometimes don’t stay on. I use the spray for the flare up that last for shorter periods. I Would much rather use the spray then increase my pain medicine dosage.

A blessing to have when screaming to the walk in clinic, or taking out a splinter.
Much better in the case of screaming pain in the case of an emergency car ride to the walk in clinic so you don't have to scream your way in.Please be advised that if you are using this for something like a chemical injury, skin damage to the sensitive personal areas, thin skin, face, or eye lids, you mustn't neglect to seek and emergency appointment with the physician as soon as possible, and don't delay.Fast pain relief, really gosh darn numbs it on the surface. Don't expect it to penetrate very far deep.
