Some Pro tips and Some actual video (NOT another unboxing )
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Hi Pastor Dan here. IToday we'll talk about drones. I've been fascinated with drones for long time. Not because I just want to go fly a little thing around the field. Because they have a functional use. In photography. Getting fantastic shots. And then functional things. Like looking at your gutters. Take a look at your chimney. Check in your roof. Tons of things that can justify the cost of a drone.I'm excited about this little drone. Looking for an entry-level drone to learn on. It is a tough one to be able to take all the crashes I knew I was going to give it. And hopefully for one that wouldn't fly off on me.This will drone seems to fill the bill. I've been playing with it for about a week and 1/2. I take it out in a large field. See the pro tips below. And I play with it in front of my house on a very busy 1 Way St.This is a tough little drone. I probably crash it 50 times. Lots of scratches. But it has not broken. Not billed to take off not once. You compliant with the enclosed remote. Or you can fly it from your phone via app. There's one for any kind of phone.Pro tip number one. Be careful of too big a area. You may get overconfident like I did. And it's a long walk when it takes off. To find it.Pro tip number two. Be careful of long grass. Makes it hard to take off number one number two makes it hard to find once it goes down. Number three hard to get the grass out the propellers.Pro tip number three. This probably should be project number one. Locate the land button on the remote. In addition to the stop button on the remote. These could be vital in saving your drone.Project number four. When trying to connect your drone to the app on your phone, turn on airplane mode. Then manually turn on the Wi-Fi. In connect your phone to the drones Wi-Fi. This gives you about a 30 m range and gives you the ability to capture the video to your phone. And some other really cool things that that does.Other pros:super small.Extra propellersthe right size screwdriver comes with iteconomicaleasy to usedual operation modes. Cell phone or provided controllerCons:fix camera720 P onlysuper long learning curve (if you don't know how to fly a drone can be the same learning curve on all of them this one does have beginner mode/headless)not a very good instructions in the written instructions. Not very good instructional videos. (Maybe I should make one)Overall I'm afraid to get this less than five stars because I think all the cons and the inability to make things work or my own ignorance. However I will update this review in six monthsand give you the experience look into this drone. In the case of you like this described to my channel on YouTube. Like my channel on Facebook, give me a thumbs up on both of them, if the reviews helpful in your on Amazon click helpfulThere are several on Amazon like this but this is the exact one i am talking about in this review and video https://amzn.to/2N23ukp

Great for a first drone!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is the first drone I've owned and as a beginner drone user and current amateur photographer this was so much fun! My father has been talking about getting one for a while and I decided to jump the gun and get this before him. I've never used one before and as a bad video gamer I was very nervous in getting a drone with a controller that looked like one from a PlayStation. However, I've been able to use it with ease and am excited to try more with it when the stay at home orders are lifted.Pros:- I'm the person who reads the entire manual of a piece of tech before trying to use it. The directions are easy to follow and have images to help.-The drone is easy to turn on, calibrate with the controller (or phone), and easy to fly.- I got my sister who is a gamer to try out the controller with her more experienced hands and she said it was easy and similar to a gaming controller in function. I'm a terrible gamer but I've been able to fly this around my yard with ease and improve my steadiness with each flight.-The default setting for flying is slow, which is great for beginners! I am able to walk with the drone and not run to catch up with it. This makes the flight steadier.- The 720p camera is great for wider shots and trying to see larger spaces. It is easy to control from your phone with starting and stopping recordings.-The app that you use for your phone is also simple to use. My iPhone 8 clicks into the holder on the controller snuggly and I'm not worried about it falling off at all.-The drone is compact and comes with a bag to put all the pieces in. I'm able to slip it in with my camera in my camera bag and take around with me. (Though around just means my street at the moment.)- It has a 360 degree flip! I was not sure what this meant at first seeing 3D flip in the directions and in the description but when I flew it for the first time I found out that the drone will hover a moment and then spin!Cons:- The video is 720p. It does not do well in darker light. My first flights were at dusk and I was getting a few grainy shots of still photos. However, with brighter light and a slower hand the photos and videos come out a lot better.- The take off is fast. I was not expecting that speed at first. In order to get a clear pan of vertical shots you will need to fly the drone lower to the ground and then raise it up. Filming from take off is not going to give a clear shot.-The 360 flip occurs really fast. If you are going for action shots with this drone that will be great, but it will not work for slower shots (unless there is a feature for that I haven't found yet).Overall, a great first drone. I'm so happy with this purchase! It is easy to use, durable, and takes good video! I cannot wait to use it more for class projects with my students.

Excellent Entry Level Drone
Overall this is an excellent entry level drone for those wanting to just get started. For the price point you can't go wrong.Pros:Controls- These are extremely simple to just pick up and fly. I had my daughter of 7 flying it without any trouble.Portability - Having it fold up into a small carrying case makes it easy to throw in a backpack.FPV feed- This is surprisingly good for a 720p camera. The pictures are clear and the feed to the phone is great.Cons:Weight - Because this drone is so light even in 4mph wind I had a hard time controlling it.Battery life - You'll want to get another set of batteries because on average, with video feed I got maybe 8 minutes of flight time.Flight Range - It states 100m on the instructions but I would say its more close to 50m before you start to loose control. I understand this is an entry level drone but taking it out to a field I was disappointed a bit.All in all I feel like you can't go wrong with this for a child or as a starter drone. Even something that you just want to get a few pictures and mess around with. I'm happy with my purchase.
