will this fit a 29" fat tire bike?

It fit my 29 inch bike with big tires , but not the balloon ones. I believe it will lots of adjustment room on the down bars. Very sturdy !

Will this fit a fat bike with 26x4 tires, 50mm rims and an 18" frame?

Make sure you bike have the similar frame structure like the picture and tire width less than 10 cm. Then it will be ok. The rack is adjustable.

To be clear, my bike has a rear suspension shock so the seat post moves up & down as the bike travels over bumps. Will this rack work with that?

If just your seat post moves up and down then it should work. It mounts on the frame below your seat post.

How much does it weigh?

only rack is about 0.7 kg, mounting accessories 0.4 kg. Thank you.
