It's nice once it's assembled, but a lot of the hardware that the instruction says was included was missing. I had to go to the hardware store to buy $10 in additional hardware to assemble this.

Be careful with this very light piece.. looks good, but not very sturdy at all.

It is super lightweight so perfect for occasional use. I put it out on my small patio. My kids love it but it does creak a lot when sat on.

Mine had a broken middle slat in the final assembled platform for the umbrella.I’m pretty handy and autistic-Asperger‘s so I love solving puzzles but this assembly? I had to do twice because there were no instructions & as intuitive as you would think that it would be? I ended up getting everything backwards & had to disassemble it again.I don’t understand why they didn’t include more washers for both the hex bolt head side as well as the nut side.They finally pulled the final piece out of the box the middle slat with the hole in it? Was broken right there and have at the hole.You would think that they would think about this during the manufacturing process and it can’t be the first one that was broken.Anyways, it got taken care of.....

The look and size were as expected. Great for a small area. The wood is cheap and cracks easily. In terms of sturdiness, I am not super impressed and fear it will collapse over time of use. My largest issue were the instructions for assembly. The instructions are AWFUL. If you are not moderately handy or actively do DIY projects, THIS IS NOT THE ITEM FOR YOU. I am moderately handy, it took nearly 3 hours to assemble. The instructions came with pictures only. The pictures did not accurately reflect the pieces/screws. The item came with all necessary pieces and screws, though, it was a guessing game as to what screws to use where. Additionally, because of the lack of instructions several portions had to be unscrewed and adjusted throughout the process. This was necessary as the holes for the pieces did not match up. Overall, at the end all the screws needed to be tightened to ensure everything was where it should be. After use for some time, I may adjust/edit this review. (Purchased and assembled 09/2022)

I am giving this a three star only because the customer service representative was great. The cross beam on the front cracked where the table attaches so it was unsafe to sit on, but the company was quick on sending me a knee one, I reinforced the cross beam so hopefully it won't brake again

The bench is well priced and sturdy enough but the 5 stars is for customer service. Product arrived later than advertised and I received reimbursement.

It came broken. My husband was able to repair it since we don’t have time to return it. The instruction were extremely difficult to understand. Nothing was labeled and the holes weren’t aligned.
