what I needed, replaced an ugly, cracked handle

Have looked everywhere for this handle. I have a very nice Moen faucet in the shower that was professionally installed several years ago. I learned from my plumber that the only parts that fit Moen products are Moen brand replacements. There are no acceptable substitutes that will fit and function properly. So glad to find Moen replacement parts here.

The first one arrived broken but they replaced it for me. It’s a good replacement handle and is easy to install. Looks great in my bathroom.

I ordered this handle thinking it came as a pair. It comes as one. I ordered a second and it arrived broken in the package. I sent it back for another. It crumbled as I screwed it in to the faucet. Shear and utter nonsense. Blah! A complete waste of money. I bought an entire new chrome faucet for the price of four of these handles.

Liked that it fit. Looked locally at all stores, was told could not purchase any linger; would have to replace all the unit....

Replaced a cracked old handle. Fit in with no issues and the handle works great.

I purchased the replacement handled because the original had been dropped and it chipped. The replacement handle insert arrived chipped. The product was damaged in shipping or it was shipped already chipped. In any case, the packaging was inadequate.In general, the product is functional and attractive. It works fine if it is not chipped. However, the product chips easily due to low quality ceramic and must be handled carefully, especially if you have small children who unscrew the handle insert and drop it into the tub.
