This is the only melatonin I buy. It dissolves quickly and generally works with only 1 pill. They taste great. Sempre tomei de 5mg. Com esse fraco novo, de 3mg tenho acordado as 4 da manhã toda noite... chegou antes do prazo. Tem que tomar e ir deitar, nao adianta tomar se não deitar.
