Perfect and way better than the original!
My second set of these and I love em! Ordering more soon I put them on all my budget Les Paul’s. Great quality over all with no sloppy pegs. Tight and smooth! Tuning stability is night and day and they look amazing! Not much heavier than the old ones.

Fits Perfect
They do the job well and hold the strings tight. They fit perfect on my Epiphone nighthawk, didn’t have to make any mods.

Great Tuners for the Money
A bit worried about buying these after reading some reviews, but glad I took the chance. They look nice, not great, but good enough for my $200 Epi Les Paul Special, a HUGE upgrade from whatever crap tuners were on it from the factory for sure. Installed easy (you will likely have to drill the holes a bit larger if your tuners have the push in ferrules and not the screw in type, if that is not what you want, you need a different set of tuners with the push in ferrules). They are a bit inconsistent in the resistance of turning the knobs, but not too bad and may free up a bit over time (they are a bit stiff, but I'd rather them be stiff instead of lose). The sting locks all work well, but remember these are not high precision, so keep your expectations realistic. If you want Grovers, buy Grovers. These will probably work like true locking tuners will if you take your time, but I left a bit of string so I could wrap the sting at least once around the peg after locking and I did not overtighten the locking screw as the treads are not as precision looking as higher quality tuners. Again, for under $30, I'm impressed. They look good, function better than expected, and give the old Epi a more vintage style look. I would not put these on a Gibson, but for a cheap Epi or equivalent, they are more than adequate and I'd buy them again.

Great tuners for the price
Guyker locking tuners fit my Epiphone ES 339 pro perfectly. The existing holes in the headstock we’re the size needed to fit these new tuners. And most importantly the spacing of the holes that allow you to screw down these new tuners to the rear of the headstock were perfect. It took no time at all to install these. I had read some reviews about these tuners being hard to turn and the locking screws not working properly. Mine seem to turn fine although I did turn both the tuner pegs and the locking screw many times to make sure there was no problems. I also put a very small amount of 3-in-1 oil on each to make sure they would work smoothly. I use the Billy Gibbons 7 gauge strings on my guitar and had no problems with the lockers holding on to the strings. Even the very thin high E string. I have had them on for several days now and have no problems holding the strings in tune. I had tried to get some higher end tuners but they are sold out almost everywhere. When I saw these for approximately $20, I thought what could I lose. The Kluson locking tuners are 19:1 ratio compared to these at 15:1 but that is still a little better then the stock Grover deluxe. So far I am very happy with this purchase.

After a year, it couldn’t be much worse.
From the start there were issues. It claimed to be 9mm shafts but I had to open the holes to use these. Next, I could not keep the locking shafts tight. Eventually, one backed out and was lost, so I just removed the rest to stop the aggravation. Next, a plastic key came off. They are not screwed into the peg, like most tuners. Its just a press fit, and obviously not hard to come off. Most recently, I discovered that without the locking shafts, there was nothing holding the rear cover and tuning jackscrew in place. One popped off and now that I have lost what I did with the five shafts that remained, I have nothing to keep the cover and jackscrew in place. I hate to spend even more money on a cheap guitar, but I should have spent the extra $20 bucks for a higher quality product. Buy once, cry once. These tuners are tearjerkers.

the color and the screws are not the same as original gibson specs.
this item is not the color shown, the color you will recieve is booger green and does not match the cream color of the original gibson tuners that came with my SG 61 guitar. the screws are also not the same, they fit but barely. one is metric and one is standard. I don't know which set is which I just sed my original tuner screws. However the tuners work as an upgrade pretty ewell. .
