Love it, but...
It was a Christmas present, or was supposed to be. Was delivered in manufacturers box, so...everyone on the whole street knew what it was and so did the person it was bought for, so the surprise getting them this so they could drink the same coffee they enjoyed so much while we were away from home a while back? Ruined. Coffee is delicious, amazing in fact, we knew it would be, but now I have to find a whole new gift for the person for Christmas and they are HARD to shop for!!!

Uses Flavia bag capsules.
The Flavia Coffee Machine is easy to use, and Works well, just wished it was a little Hotter. It is not as hot as a Keurig.

My second Flavia
This is my second Mars Flavia machine. My first one lasted seven years and is still going strong. I moved it to my vacation home and this one is in my main home. It's actually my third if you count the one I purchased for my mother. I know most people love the convenience of a K cup machine but to me this makes better coffee. Not many places you can walk into a store and buy this coffee but you're reading an Amazon review so you know how to order on line. I love the variety of flavors, to include cappuccino, hot chocolate, latte, tea, low roast, to very strong coffee. I can make my very bold French Roast coffee and the second I'm done my wife can make her Chai tea. Literally saves us hundreds from going to coffee houses every day and it's right there in my house. A good friend bought a bigger one for his work place and Gen whatever it is right now consider it a great perk

Disappointed
This only allows one cup size and that is a small! If I press medium size or large size it will overflow because I can’t fit that size of cup in the slot even when I removed the part. Also how do I use the froth pod? There is no button for froth therefore I use the latte button and it waters my coffee down.

Check the product before sending to the customer.
The machine is very good. I was just unlucky because they sent me a used one that was very dirty and had problems with the buttons. The customer service team was very polite and quick in handling the return. Now I’m a bit hesitant to buy it again and end up with the same issue. I have a huge amount of coffee that I bought for this type of machine, and now I can’t use it.
