This is the best shampoo and conditioner I have ever used. It gives my hair so much more volume. Price is high, but so worth it.

Didn't like the fruity smell, was expecting something more colone like.

I’ve been using this product for some time now, and while I love the product and large bottle size available, the pumps that are sent with the bottles don’t actually fit the bottle necks to screw onto the bottles. What a waste!

This is the worst product I’ve ever put in my hair. It made it so dry and so brittle my hair started falling out. It says sulfate free, but if you look on the bottle in the ingredients, there is sulfate in it. I agree chi is a really good product, but the seller is bunk. My $7 product is better and doesn’t have sulfates.

The plastic wrap that kept the set together was removed and laying in the box. Both pumps were missing.

I love Chi shampoo and conditioner. I was excited to see the larger size bottle with a pump. I have Paul Mitchell shampoo that has a pump and it makes dispensing so easy in the shower.To my disappointment the pump does not fit the shampoo or conditioner bottle.

The product is fine and the same as always, but the pumps I ordered with it are too big for the bottle and unusable. I will try to cut them down to size but it’s a little silly to have pumps as an add-on that don’t even fit!
