Does the job great.
Nice smaller size heater. Warms a bedroom nicely on the coldest of winters. Quiet too.

Best Heater!
After buying 2 other heaters and returning them I'm very happy with these heaters. It's 18 degrees outside and 74 degrees in my house. I have oil heat so needed something other than that to keep warm. These are great. No smell. Relatively quiet, sounds like a fan on low.I have 2. Even if it costs $300. a month to run them it's still cheaper than oil. And in my opinion it's warmer.Very happy with my purchase.

Works great! But I would double up the advertised square footage it covers if you want toasty warm.
This is a great way to save money on home heating costs! I bought this for my first floor which is a pretty much a 1200 square foot loft (60x20 feet open space). It does pretty well regulating the temperature of this space, however, since it's pretty much an open space it doesn't get nice and toasty. It's not cold! By far. It's a nice comfortable 70° on my entire first floor. My second floor is well insulated and stays warm on it's own fairly well. Except my bathroom. Since my thermostat, as everyone's most likely is, is on the first floor the second floor heating units controlled by my furnace (boiler) aren't getting heated because the thermostat isn't turning the boiler on. Which is great that I'm saving so much on heating costs (buying oil)!Something things you may want to consider when considering one of these are:1. They ARE great! But consider where your thermostat is. That is what controls the heat everywhere in your home. You may want to buy more then one infra red heater to make sure, like in my case, your bathroom also gets heated by a separate unit.2. With a large open space I would recommend getting an infra red heater stated to cover double your open space. That way it will get nice and toasty, no problems, and the infra red heating unit won't be running constantly...which saves us even more on heating costs.- The equation to figure out what your square footage is is LxW=Square feet (Length multiplied by Width). My first floor is an all-but wide open 60x20. I have this infra red unit in the front room. It runs constantly, and the back room doesn't fully get heated all the way to the back wall. So like I said...get a unit that is double the space you want to heat, or buy multiple units.Either way you WILL be saving money on heating costs. For me my electric bill, with one unit, has gone up $20. I'd MUCH rather spend an extra $20 on electricity than pay almost $1200 per month buying oil. I'm going to get more of these heaters. A smaller one for my upstairs bathroom and another one of these to put near the back wall of my first floor open space. I firmly believe that once I get the other one on my first floor neither of them will run constantly and I can make it nice and toasty warm.3. Make SURE you have at least a 15 amp dedicated circuit (GFI outlet recommended) for each unit of this specific type or larger. A dedicated circuit simply means that it has it's own breaker in your breaker box that nothing else but this heater unit runs off of. I haven't tested how true this requirement is but...I'm not sure I'm going to risk testing it either.Buy this! It will save you money if you have oil or gas heat for your home, for sure! They work well and they're safe for pets and kids. The only part that gets hot is the front of it inside the silver/gray borders. The rest of it is cool enough to touch.

Safe, Good Quality Space Heater at a Reasonable Price
I live in the Northeast US and have a heat pump, and I've found that it's much cheaper to use space heaters in rooms we're frequently in than waiting til the auxiliary heat kicks in. After a cheap space heater nearly started my whole house on fire (plugged directly into the wall, and not even running), I decided to do some research to see how to heat my house more safely. I have a faux fireplace heater, and that thing really kicks out heat and it's still going strong after 7 winters. When I discovered that was a quartz infrared heater, I decided that would be the type of heater I would buy. I decided on this one based on reviews, and now two winters in and I'm very happy with my decision. It has a sturdy power cable and three prong plug, which makes me feel like it's designed to handle the higher current draw and the plug is less likely to get loose in the outlet. We have a dog who sheds and drools, so I always pull it apart, clean the filter and vacuum out as much fur and dust as I can before I put it away during the warm months. Infrared quartz heaters tend to cost more up front, but I also feel like my electric bill is lower than with cheaper space heaters, and I'm willing to pay extra for the peace of mind knowing this is a safer option.

Horrible Product, Excellent Shipping/Delivery Time
Shipping/delivery time were the only satisfying aspects of this purchase. I ordered and received product in mid - October. Upon receiving the heater, I plugged it in to make sure it would turn on and work. It ran very quiet but was producing heat so I figured it was fine. At that point, it was not cold enough to use so I did not use it until a few days ago. Now, when the heater is on it makes a horrible, loud grinding noise every 2 or 3 seconds. I am completely dissatisfied with this product and will never purchase this brand ever again. If the seller responds to my return/refund request and complies with my request then I will likely purchase other products from them. If not I will make sure everyone I know avoids both the brand and the seller.

Great little heater
We bought this for my mother in law to help her save on her heating oil. This keeps her living room, which is about 20 x 15 feet, very warm set on 67 or 68 degrees. You can even feel some warmth from it in the next room. It is very quiet, doesn’t take up much space, and looks good as well.
