Have an older 5' brush cutter with Howse gearbox. old input seal popped out and was spinning on the driveline, gear oil everywhere. went to auto parts store first, no deal. went to a Massy dealer, no deal there either.crossed my fingers and ordered these, the input seal fit nice and tight...perfect. didn't use the output seal but I'm pretty sure it would have been correct too.After about 3 hours of bush hogging nasty Florida woodland underbrush it's holding tight!promptly ordered another set for backup years from now.Thanks REPLACEMENTKITS.COM

If you have an Old BMB Model B-5, these are the ones you need. I took a chance and they fit perfectly. From what I can tell these 40 hp rated gearboxes are pretty much all the same.
