What a great idea. Works great

SImple design but combined with a good net it does exactly what I need. The neighbors trees shed large leaves intio my yard and end up in my pool. I used top have to empty my skimmer basket during the day or worry about it getting clogged up and running my filter pump dry. This catches all of the leaves before they enter the skimmer and takes away the worry of ruining my pump.

This works great, but would like to see a longer T Connector so there is more height adjustment options. Currently when my pool is full of rainwater (anything above 2" below the top of skimmer) the net will not go high enough to do it's job. Other than that this is a great product

Thought this would be some cheap gadget that I bought on a whim. While it was inexpensive and I did buy it on a whim it works great! With a Live Oak next to my pool this thing saves me from having to check the summer 10 times a day when the leaves fall. You won’t regret buying it.

This little gizmo is AWESOME!! I am surrounded by trees, so emptying my skimmer is a 3 or 4 times a day thing. The Leaf Bone works! It doesn't get it all, but it has significantly reduced the amount of junk that gets sucked into the skimmer by about 90%. To me, that translates to the pump not working as hard, adding to its longevity. That's a huge win! The thing just paid for itself. The only thing I didn't like is that per the instructions, it's supposed to be screwed into the top rail of my aboveground pool. I didn't want to drill holes in my brand new pool, so I rigged up the Bone mount with a good strong magnet. Now it's perfect! With the magnet I can also reposition it as needed with no holes, no base or screws sticking out waiting to snag and rip my winter cover either. That's right... Reeeal men of geeeeenius....

Easy to install and well made . Issue I have it's not adjustable in length

I have a deck around my pool and I didn't want to screw it to my deck OR pool rail so in my case I screwed 4 short lengths of 2x4 together to get it to the height I needed, then weighted them down with 8# stone pavers. Last year I was emptying the skimmer 4-6 times a day because of oak goobers, helicopters and tiny blossoms and pollen. This rig is catching I would say 80% of it. Only have to dump skimmer twice a day. You have to move it around until most of the floaters go in your net, I have it about 2" under water before my skimmer. Works like a charm!

Leaf Bone - Above Ground Pool Leaf Skimmer Kit (Net NOT Included) screwed it to a weighted board and it works fine the plastic clip had to be clipped to allow an extention pole for cleaning out the bag (shaking it out over the fence) all in all it does work and I find it works best just past the built in skimmer where the water circulates best

Eazy to install I used my own self tapping screws into the metal pool frame I have a lot of trees and use to empty the skimmer and pool pump basket 6 times a days I couldn’t leave it on at night Now my leaf net catches most of it I have peace of mind

Installed right before skimmer opening on above ground pool, catches so much bugs, leaves,... Saves us from having to empty skimmer as often as we had.

We love it! Works really good, we have a tree over our pool and the net really gets them all so the pool is ready when we want to swim!
