the cups were more than my recipients could have expected, they told eveyone. The print quality was very good. the customer service was exceptional, one was originally routed to wrong address, they were very responsive to email communications and resent to correct address

Works with exception
The mug did work but not when we poured hot water in it it only showed the image when we heated it up in the microwave

Contents must stay hott for photo
Only im blomde and didnt realize the cooffee or contents must stay hott lol the photos diappear when cold.. Id love to buy cup thats not temp changing.. Hopefully can find one.

Excellent gift or personal use
Previously received one as a gift, and was very impressed with it. The quality of the artwork as well as the quality of the cup itself. When the opportunity came around to be the gift giver, I ordered two of the cups. They were gratefully received and I received many compliments on their quality - much as I had for the one I'd received previously. I highly recommend these cups, whether for yourself or others!!

Great Father’s Day gift!
This was a great gift! I got my husband a mug for Father’s Day with our two sons and it came in more than a week before so I tested it out with my sons. They loved and promised to keep it a secret. My oldest spilled the beans of course but my husband didn’t know what he was talking about. He thought the special cup was special tea we made to help him feel better. The pictures are perfect and the mug changes quickly.
