Super cool models for a great game. This is not necessarily made for beginners but does include brief rule foldout and the codex sheets for the unita included as well as some stratagems.

Only get this box if you want what's inside. Simple as.
I don't really think this set is worth the money, but I had issues getting the things inside it secondhand so I bit the bullet. Unrelated to me, but I wouldn't recommend this set if you're starting out unless you want to build one or both of the armies in this box.
