I used the bran to crate a pH buffer and it worked great.
I used this as a pH buffer after liming a hide to make homemade leather from a deer hide. It worked exactly as I needed to keep the pH where I needed it before inserting it in my tannin solution. I realize this may not be a typical use for bran but it was exact what i needed. My hide turned out better than i expected.

Goood quality but price could be better
Great quality and box came in intact and protected no damage taste great but price is alot for quantity very fresh and good in fibers and also making healthy bread has great texture
