Incredibly Fast-Melting & High Quality!
I am really impressed with the quality of this wax melter. I expected it to take an hour to melt pounds of wax and I think it took only 1-2 minutes before the wax was the perfect temperature and ready to pour I was stunned! I have used this with soy wax and beeswax and it works perfectly for either and pours so much. Way easier and 5000x faster to use this wax melter than a double boiler, work smarter not harder! Easy to clean. Highly effective and perfect for my small business but will still be great when I scale up because it can hold so much wax! 10/10 recommend.

Feel confident buying this melter!
I'm just starting my candle business, so this was a big purchase for me and I couldn't afford to spend that much money on a bad product. I have used this melter for around a month now, and so far it has been the best choice I've made to produce candles for my business! The lid came pre-assembled which was great for me because I had a stroke last year and have dimished use of my right side. It is super easy to clean - once I'm done with 1 wax type I pour out what remains and wipe it out with a paper towel and it's ready for something else!It heats up incredibly fast and is ready to use in about 20-30 minutes, depending on how full it is, and has an easy to read temp dial. What was most impressive was the customer service. The prongs on the power cord were slightly bent from shipping (so slightly I couldn't tell by looking at them) and it wouldn't turn on when I got it. I sent an email to customer service and the owner of the company called me back that same day! He explained that sometimes this happens in shipping and how to fix it, and that if the problem continued he would replace it immediately. He even called me back to check the status and again apologize and thank me for my business.I understand shipping companies arent always careful with items and I appreciate the great customer service! When I'm ready to buy a second melter, I will definitely be buying it from this company!

A must for candle lovers
I originally bought one of these when I had a small candle etsy store, it made it so easy to set to the right melting point and get a good quality of wax. Saved me so much time and hassle. Plus it is a much safer option than the double broil. Since then my mom bought one since she has started making her own candles and loves it.If you have extra wax left over I just let it harden, put the lid back on and re-melt it next time. The spout does have a few extra dips once you turn it off, just like any faucet, so I would recommend you put a paper towel under the spout to keep your counters wax free.

Useful and efficient
I have been using this wax melter for about 6 months now and I am so happy with the purchase. I needed a way to boost my production a bit but I could not afford the large $1k plus melting pots I had found online. This was affordable, it holds more than enough wax for the batch sizes I currently make and with a few extra pouring pitchers I can knock out so many candles in one go.It took some playing with at first to find out how to heat my wax to a sufficient temp. I found its easiest to heat the pot to around 200 degrees and then let the wax cool down to the appropriate temp to add fragrance.A few minor issues I've run into:1. The gasket around the spigot has begun to leak a bit. I can forsee needing to replace that soon, but this is after fairly frequent use.2. The legs that come on the pot originally are short, so you will need to either pour from the edge of a counter top or I have mine set on top of a small wooden crate that allows enough room for my pitcher and scale underneath.3. Like others mentioned, the spigot sits high so if you do pour without refilling the wax periodically you will have to tilt the entire pot to get the remaining wax out. This isn't always an issue for me as I will add wax once it's about 3/4 empty.Overall I definitely recommend this pot for any crafters or small businesses like myself who need a little boost. It sure beats using a hot plate and double boiler!

Eficiencia. Buen producto.

Much better
I got a little candle kit with a metal pitcher you melt the wax in. I was using that to make personal and gift candles and didn’t want to spring for a $90 device for what seemed like an insignificant hobby, but holy crap. This melter has made the job take 1/4 of the time. Almost all the wax just pours right out- though you have to tip the pot for the last bit. I have had zero issues and really only regret not getting it sooner. I made 75 candles this year frustration free compared with last year’s 12 in roughly the same time with all the babying required. 10/10. Do recommend
