These lights do produce a considerable amount of light but they do not throw light a great distance, the spot portion of this light has a very narrow beam both in height and are only useable for about 50 feet. The flood portion is great, is spreads well and in very bright with no dark zones found in many light on the market. Overall the lights are well built, bright and consume 2.2 to 2.8 amps at 12-14 volts The amperage increases as the housings heat up, I ran them on the bench for about 45 minutes with no airflow across the lights and the housings got warm but not warm enough for concern. The mounting brackets are sturdy but not very versatile and difficult to install especially in applications where you want to install the bracket to a surface that not allow drilling through and installing a nut on the back. I installed nutserts in fiberglass and it was extremally hard to get the light to face the desired direction.

Have these mounted on my tow truck and they are very bright and easy to installPerfect for back up lights

Didn’t like mounting hardware provided didn’t use them for lack of mountability they are in the box in the shop thumbs down

Bracket broke on both within 2weeks needs double mount, mounted on frame braket under bumper
