This probiotic is the best. I have advanced Ulcerative Colitis making it difficult to get all of my nutrients via food..plus numerous food allergies and sensitivities make it nearly impossible. On top of struggling to get all of my nutrients, my gut flora is a mess. I have noticed a remarkable difference after taking this supplement for only a matter of weeks. Seriously people, this probiotic, single handedly has reversed soooo many of my alignments WITH A SINGLE DOSE!!!! What is this stuff? Wow. No joking. Last night I took my first two pills and slept better than I have in a year, my stomach stopped cramping for the first time in 3 years, and my joints felt better---all of this happened over night with a single does of Alpha Probiotics. I have been taking 3 months and have truly help with my IBS. I really recommend for people who have IBS.

Works good for IBS, better than other probiotics.

Unfortunately escalated my symptoms really bad. When I stopped it went to normal within 3 days. I don't know what to do with the rest.

Maybe some other probiotics would help maybe

I was suffering from digestive discomfort for long time and tried many probiotics but nothing worked. Then I tried this. After I week of trying this probiotic I am feeling much better now. Digestion discomfort and bloating have reduced significantly. I would highly recommend this product if anyone suffers from any digestion discomfort.
