Things I like:The collar is cushy, and my dog doesn't seem to mind wearing it.Chai's Choice is "owned and operated by a retired US Navy veteran in Sarasota, Florida."It's easy to fasten.Things I wish I had realized prior to purchasing:While Chai's Choice is based in Florida, this collar is made in China.The website you go to in order to register/activate the QR code is glitchy and poorly translated.Speaking of the QR code, the tag is attached by a tiny cord/string. I wish Winhyepet had stitched the code on, instead of their logo.

Though the buckle is technically quick release, to put this collar on your dog necessitates threading one end through the oversized D ring and that area makes it a little stiff/bulky.The sizing chart is a bit off. Go one size up to also ensure that when you adjust for a larger size, there is less neoprene and more exposed webbing on your dog's fur.Really wanted to like this, because of the army color, neoprene integration and reflective stiching, but unfortunately will need to return due to the function, size and bulkiness.

I was a bit concerned about the plastic buckle when I bought the collar, but since I didn't buy anywhere near the largest size on offer for my American Bulldog, I thought "Well, they do some amazing engineering with plastics these days, I suppose they must have tested it."After less than a week, he hit the end of his leash diving after a toy and that was the end of the buckle.But I will say it didn't cause him any skin irritation, so if you have a chihuahua or something, this collar should be fine.

My big guy likes it. As he has sensitive skin and it doesn't rub. The one thing I didn't like is the ring is huge! I don't use the ring to walk him & I always worry he will get it stuck or another one of the dogs gets his tooth stuck.

This is a very soft collar for dog's with sensitive skin. The workmanship was not terrific as the sewing made the width of the collar vary quite a bit. Since I wanted to put a tag on that slides over the collar, the variation in width was troublesome.

Updated- the plastic connector already broke. Changing review We have a 110 pound Mastiff, so collar shopping isn’t easy. He has chewed through and broken many. This one fits well and seems durable, though it twists around his neck very easily. We’ve removed it and readjusted several times but it gets twisted again within hours.

Full padding around and nice fit. Ordered based on neck circumference and fit perfect. Attractive tooOur girl has a tender neck with not much fur. So this guards that delicate skin.

We keep buying the same collar in increased sizes to fit out Rhodesian Ridgeback puppy. I like how it’s slightly wider and padded. Comfortable to wear yet durable and looks tactical. Great collar!
