Pros:- nice set of functions (steps, sleep, heart rate, blood pressure, O2, ECG)- all functions are reasonably fast and accurate- decent battery life- all features work without an appCons:- would be 5 stars, except the recommended app ("H Band") does not work well (I've only been able to get the ECG app display to work once, and can't get it to save any data.

I have 2 because I really liked the product. Made sure both worked properly, then wore just one for months. After nearly a year, suddenly the only data being tracked is steps and sleep. This started after charging on 7/12/21 so I thought something "broke." After trying to restart; unpair and pair again; reinstall app, etc still the same problems persist. I decided to switch to the other (barely worn) watch and have the same exact issues with that watch.I cannot figure out how both watches have the same failures other than the app or the watch are not fully communicating any longer. No product support available, per Amazon, and unable to restore to fully working.

I guess the table has a heart rate and blood oxygen level too!!! Funkily enough, the table gets the same readings as me... how strange.So, this watch doesn’t work so great with IOS. The data doesn’t transfer into Apple health too well - even though Apple health does appear to recognize it. I’m pretty skeptical of a lot of the features on this app, but the oximetry level doesn’t ever match my personal oximetry and I really don’t know how it seems to think that it can take a “blood pressure.” This is inspire of the fact that you can get all of these readings while the watch lies flat on a table.Also, I’m not super confident in the go’s feature. Today I went on my usual two-mile run (which I’ve mapped out by multiple GPS programs in the past as being 2 miles), and the watch had strangely told me that I had only travelled .9 miles.I really don’t recommend this watch. Pay the extra money for one that gives you accurate data and interplay’s better with your device.

I was looking for a low cost but accurate smart watch that provided oxygen, heart rate, sleep, and blood pressure monitoring. This watch for the last week I’ve had it has given very accurate oxygen, heart rate, and sleep monitoring. After purchasing I realized they removed the blood pressure monitor from the firmware due to customer complaints. That is disappointing and in some other reviews they seemed to give good reviews on the BP monitoring. I wish they would add that back. Overall I’m pleased with the purchase. The step counts are also pretty accurate. I also like the ongoing monitoring of heart rate and oxygen with thresholds for alarms. The IOS app is also pretty good and provides good analysis. Only desire at this point is the BP monitoring and having more watch faces to choose from. Great watch, great price.

The hband app needed to use the watch with your phone collects personal data and may send it outside of the USA per it's user agreement. Hband app collects data it doesn't need for the functions of this watch. Read user reviews of the hband app. You can't adjust the sleep times or the 12/24 hr display. It will only show 24 hr format. Watch feels cheap. I'm returning it. Thanks Amazon. I'll try another brand once the refund goes through.

Funny if you cover up the 2 green sensors on the back of the watch it will give you blood pressure readings, oxygen etc. Place a black electric tape over the sensors, lay watch somewhere by you and scroll to each function and it will give you readings. I didn't know tape had a blood pressure, oxygen etc. Save your money.

The interface is so pathetic that it's unusable. Features are accessed by swiping, but you can go only in 1 direction. If you happen to swipe too many, too bad. Selecting is made by long pressing, but it doesn't work. so even though it appears to have features, it really doesn't.

The ONLY thing I've noticed about this watch is the battery charge only last approx 4 days, which isn't that bad. My previous smart watches with less features battery lasted far, far longer. I guess that's the trade off but I can live with that. This watch is AMAZING! It has sooooo many features. I Highly recommend getting this one
