I bought this as a present for my daughter's birthday. The box was a little banged up when the item arrived but inside only the seat was torn, and a reflector damaged. I called customer service to let them know, and they were very polite on the phone promising replacement parts as quickly as they could get it all processed. The assembly of the bike was pretty easy, since it came mostly assembled. I did have a little trouble wit the brakes dragging in the front and back, but after reviewing the instructions, I had them adjusted in 15 or so minutes. The bike rides like a dream and shifts very smoothly. My wife and son have now both asked if they could have bikes similar to this for their own birthdays. By the way, a new seat and reflector arrived a few days later to replace the damaged items. I would certainly buy from this company again, and recommend them to anyone looking for a great quality bike.

I have wanted a bike for awhile and I finally decided on this sixthreezero Women's AroundtheBlock 24" Cruiser. I am 5'2" so it is often difficult for me to find bikes that are comfortable (and not a bike that's intended for a teen or a child!). This bike is perfect. I have had it for about 8 months now and I am very pleased. I love the color and the style. The front holds my wicker bike basket with no problem. The seat is very comfortable, even on long rides. It is a bit tough to put together, but not impossible! Overall, this is a great bike and I'm glad I purchased it.

Son-in-law assembled for me & said it was pretty easy - I'm back into biking for the first time in years & must say that this bike is very comfortable - at 65+ yrs old it was easy for me to handle - rode 5 miles the first time out & had no problems with the bike (or me) lolol - reason for 4 stars is that every now & then it makes a kind of klanky noise for lack of a better word - but daughter has the exact bike & says hers does same not a big deal - But for the money this bike is a good value a keeper & it's attractive -

I’m 5 ft tall and the 24” bike is perfect. The instructions were easy to follow, I came with all the tools you need to put it together. Nothing was missing, there was a scratch on the handle bars but I did buy it used. Other than that everything looked new. I put more air in the tires and rode it around, very comfy & exactly what I was looking for. The comfort of a cruiser, the ease of use with a bike that has gears & handle breaks, it’s the right size. Arrived in a week & no s&h fee.

Tires deflate 2 hours after filling? This thing has constant flat tires. We have this to our 10 yr old daughter for her birthday. This bike looks good but we’ve had nothing but issues with the tires. We spend more time filling the tires than riding this bike! Even took it in to a bike shop, had them replace one of the tubes (after having it a week to discover this)... Then for them to tell us it wasn’t safe. We spent another $140 to get it professionally safe as the handlebars were twisting to one side-so we started to doubt our own assembly capabilities and forked over the money for this. Others who have reviewed this bike for the reason we bought ours… We can’t express the frustration we have experienced with this bike. I would love to send this lemon back!

Only had for a week but so far so good in terms of design and quality. Shipment came with a minor hole in the side which was caused by the peg of the front wheel. After inspection it didn't seem to be an issue and the rest of the bike was packaged fairly good. Assembly was a little annoying. Some items were done prior to shipping which is great but instructions don't mention this. For instance, the bike includes front brakes but all the instructions/pictures have them without it. As a result, I had to disassemble the brakes to put the wheel on. Not entirely hard but this is my first time putting a bike together so I would have felt more confident if directions were easier to follow. Also, there was no mention to install a cap with the handle bars. I assembled everything and had that left over so I had to figure out what it was. Overall it wasn't a big deal and just added a little more time to put together. My biggest gripe is with the wheels. Both are kind of warped/wobbly thus it keeps rubbing up against the brakes. Not sure if this happened during shipment or if these weren't inspected properly prior to going out. It's still rideable but I had to remove one set of brakes to stop the wheels from grinding/squeaking. Overall, it's a beautiful bike and we really like it so far but not sure how long the tires/brakes will last in the current condition.

My daughter LOVES her new bike! It’s a very smooth ride and shifts easily after getting the gears dialed in properly. The directions looked very well put together and easy to understand. Problem was, they didn’t always pertain to the bike I had, so I had to figure out how to put some of it together without the directions. Adjusting the gears was like Greek to me, and the instructions were of no help. I simple google search of Shimano 7 speed calibration has a great video that walks you through it. All in all I think this is a fantastic bike and time will tell if it is worth the money.

Overall I am really happy with this bike so far. I definitely was looking for a comfortable bike which encourages an upright riding position. This definitely fits that requirement. At 5’1” was also looking for a bike that is easy to step over and get going. This bike also fits that bill. My husband said the assembly wasn’t too bad except the instructions could be a bit more clear and would have been easier if the brake assembly was not already attached. I am very happy with this purchase.

Wonderful bike! The best bicycle I have ever owned in my lifetime. This is the only place I will buy all my future bicycles and would highly recommend this company to all my family and friends.

It wasn’t easy to assemble. It’s best to follow from YouTube. They have tonnes of videos for their bikes. But it was the perfect height for me as I am less than 5ft. It’s very comfortable to ride on. The seat is soft and pretty big. The only issue I have is the seat squeaks a lot. But the bike overall is great in comfort and style.
