Comfortable material. Soft. Zipper and open toe makes it easy to put on and take off. I bought the nude color, 20-30 mmhg, 3XL for my elderly mother and she liked them a lot. They fit snuggly, providing comfortable compression without squeezing too much. The inner fabric protection along the zipper and smooth seams works great, giving peace of mind that the skin will not get pinched. Open toes allow wiggle space. Important to take measurements as instructed to get the proper size. If in doubt, get the next size up to ensure the fit is not too tight. I recommend this product.

Vascular surgeons never recommend Open Toe. I've seen Open Toe result in significant swelling—especially in the TOP of peoples' feet. Buy closed toe. Vascular surgeons also recommend STARTING with 20mm Hg. Measure carefully—shoe size alone will NEVER PREDICT the proper fit.
