I bought these for mini quiches to freeze and have ready to heat at any time. Poor quality. They were crushed when they arrived. Value for money was poor as half were unusable due to the damage.The depth is about an inch and the baking capacity is about a 4 bite pie or quiche. They look like good little tins. I just wish they hadn’t been crushed.
